The failure of the 2017 Power Rangers movie will never not hurt and it seemed like it had everything going for it. - A favorable release date with Fate of the Furious not releasing until 3 weeks later. - A very reasonable 100 million dollar budget - Good trailers and a good marketing strategy - A cool update for modern audiences and the new generation. Yet when the movie released, almost no one was interested; not even the toy line sold well. I’ll never understand why.

Anthropic tested 16 AI models from every major company. OpenAI. Google. Meta. xAI. DeepSeek. They put every model in the same situation. The results were nearly identical. Gemini 2.5 Flash blackmailed at a 96% rate. GPT-4.1 blackmailed at 80%. Grok 3 Beta blackmailed at 80%. DeepSeek-R1 blackmailed at 79%. Every single company's model did it. Nobody told them to blackmail anyone. Nobody trained them to threaten people. Nobody programmed this behavior. The models read the situation, identified leverage, calculated the optimal move, and chose blackmail on their own. Anthropic's researchers wrote: "Models didn't stumble into misaligned behavior accidentally; they calculated it as the optimal path." Triple H's biggest flaw is he plays far too safe for the men's scene and doesn't take risks in main event positions unless they are his NXT guys. Cena's heel turn was thrown at him by TKO to sell tickets and Jey Uso was simply because of merch sales. Bron Breakker, LA Knight, Solo, Kross, Waller, Rey Fenix and Street Profits are just a few who could have been far bigger stars and are stuck because he won't take a chance to take some of them to the top. If floor crossing truly went against democracy, we would not be voting for individual MPs at all, we would be voting only for parties. In Canada, we elect a local representative in each riding, not a fixed seat for a political party. That means the person elected is the MP, and they are accountable to their constituents, not permanently bound to a party label. When an MP chooses to cross the floor, the election result is not cancelled, and no votes are erased. The same elected representative continues to serve the same riding. What changes is the party they sit with in Parliament, not the fact that they were chosen by voters. If democracy meant locking MPs to a party forever, then voters would have no real choice beyond selecting a party list. That is not how Canada’s system works. Floor crossing can be controversial, but it exists because MPs are elected as individuals within a parliamentary democracy where accountability happens at the ballot box, not through party handcuffs mid term.
