They deceived us, promising to assist us in conducting marketing activities, and based on trust, we paid them upfront. However, after receiving the payment, they repeatedly postponed the promised services and eventually blocked our communication. Hence, our team reported the incident and the evidence to Binance. Due to sufficient proof and the fact that the scammer used Binance CEX to launder the money, Binance was able to lock the fraudulent account based on the payment address we provided. Binance froze their funds, and today, the scammer contacted us and refunded the money they swindled. I genuinely appreciate Binance's efficiency in dealing with such scammers; it indeed is one of the safest exchanges worldwide.
