Today I was promoted from the position of Sanitar to Senior Medic of the 2nd Company in the @93Alcatraz battalion. What began as a decision to come to Ukraine and help has grown into something much deeper. Serving here means standing beside people who are fighting for their homes, their families, and their freedom. Every day I see the courage and resilience of the soldiers and civilians who refuse to give up their country. Being able to support them as a medic is one of the greatest responsibilities I’ve ever had. This new role isn’t about titles. It’s about continuing to do everything I can to keep Ukrainian soldiers alive, to help them return to their families, and to stand with Ukraine in its fight for freedom. I’m grateful to serve with the incredible people of the 93rd Brigade Alcatraz Battalion. Proud to be a #Canadian in the Armed Forces of #Ukraine Slava Ukraini.
