Durante años trataron a los venezolanos como un problema. Impusieron restricciones, visas y barreras. Ahora que sienten en el bolsillo una caída del 63% del turismo venezolano, recuerdan la "deuda histórica" y hablan de restablecer los vínculos.
Cuando Venezuela recupere plenamente su condición de República, será momento de revisar quiénes exigieron visas, quiénes cerraron puertas y quiénes se beneficiaron de esas medidas. La reciprocidad deberá aplicarse sin excepciones: quien pida visa a los venezolanos, también deberá pedir visa para entrar a Venezuela.
