I just tried to resign up for my MAX account and it has increased from £180 per month to £225 per month! @AnthropicAI - Robbing Bastards I love Claude ❤️ but @AnthropicAI are run by a bunch of fucking amateurs! Just in the space of 2 weeks - Kicked openclaw off the platform with no notice, something I relied upon to connect between my online businesses/websites as I travel frequently. - Promised a $200 credit for any unexpected API costs this would incur because of the unexpected transition it would cause. - Promised Dispatch would pick up the vast majority of Openclaw. It doesn't, it's terrible - Cut my weekly Max Plan off 10 hours early with over 50% Usage still available. I had been saving this as I had a massive amount of development work to do - lost it all - Complained to their shit Fin Agent this morning and requested a refund of my lost usage. Gave me a full month's refund then cancelled my Max account. So if I have to resubscribe, I actually got nothing! My co-founder and I at almostlegal.ai have over 15 companies, live and planned spending a fortune on Anthropic API calls and had to deal with their not insignificant outages, and what do you get? An apology! What a way they treat their customers???? Might just go back to Open AI...this is ridiculous

Bogus parking ticket plus a “convenience fee”… Event starts at 9:00, and I’m promptly ticketed at 9:12. Almost like they were just waiting for the event to kick off before making their rounds, hitting cars in ambiguously marked spots in an otherwise safe, low-speed area. FU TO!

I had 30% of my weekly usage allowance left but exceeded my short term allowance. So Anthropic were happy to give me access, but only if I paid for it! If someone wants to charge you for something that was free, but is outside THEIR rules and regulations, there is no baseline, it's just punitive
