@BeSure82 Can cause issues if the drive ratio on the screen is incorrect to the actual. And bulk density calibration.

Anyone running x35 screen in an Ausplow bin seen this error before? We are getting it quite often while calibrating canola. Cal factor have been coming in 15-20% from where we know they should be. First year running canola through this screen after x20 died last seeding. Cheers

@HeidiSounness Yep it lets you move on and calibrate but it keeps coming up with a cal factor that is low resulting in higher seeding rate. I can manually enter the old cal factor from last year and it seeds bang on. we can work around it, just not sure why it’s is glitching in the cal process.

@BeSure82 Does it allow you to acknowledge error and move on? I have different unit altogether but usually after calibrating small seeds I have to acknowledge an error that just means that the drive motor output is doing such a slow speed that it’s unlikely to be perfect seed rate control

@henry78371534 We did one 2 years ago. Pulley dropped on to starter power supply while still being driven by belt. Threw sparks back and started at fire at rear and on Chaff cart. Saved header, but not the cart!

Has anyone ever had the chopper shaft shear in half on left hand side of a Case 8240? All bearings were fine, was under very little load, didnt put a log through it. Our current theory is out of balance. Cheers. #harvest #caseih

Tenet+Cleth+Intervix+AMS+Hasten exceeding expectations on large hard to kill rye. Still determining if the Tenet is offering any synergies or if application conditions were just ideal. Tenet extending residual with good crop safety though. Late germ ARG has been a problem.

@chrisbell_2 I did the same thing on 200ha after mulling over it for a few days. My results were very impressive. Wish I had done the whole lot with that mix. Have just gone back with select /tenet on the rest so it’ll be interesting to see the results there on larger weeds now.

@bullockhills One might start to question the lifespan of the axles on the m14000.

How’s the last 40ha of seeding going? 🤦‍♂️

@PRFarming Ausplow do have 3m axle in stock at navel base but it needs a brace kit which could be fabricated.

Would anyone happen to have a spare 110mm axle to suit ausplow m14000. Suit 10 stud hub. Can’t get one from ausplow supplier for weeks. Cheers
