My honest @ConferenceUSA 2026 football tier predictions. Missouri State is my biggest wildcard. If the roster gels and the new staff hits the ground running, I think the Bears can compete for a CUSA title.

@SSN_MoState 100% agree I actually really like the CUSA some good teams here. Only thing I dislike is the weeknight games I think this hurts the attendance of all schools in the CUSA. If they could get conference play back to weekends I think it would increase attendance heavily.

Of course it could happen. Missouri State is a large state school who will be knocking on the door of 30,000 students within the next couple of years. There are three schools in the AAC that are within a bus ride from us in Tulsa, Memphis, and Wichita State. Two of those schools are our old friends and Valley rivals, and our men’s soccer program is already playing in the American. I am very happy where we are right now but if the opportunity were to come around in the future, I think we would be seriously considered.
