@lukejcr I just wondered what you consider a reasonable amount of time to wait for a substantive response to correspondence with you/your office? I wrote on 18/5/25 about travel for assistance dog partnerships, and chased gently > 6 months later on 2/12/25, to no avail.

@LNER I was on the 1930 North out of KGX and the Train manager did a grand job of keeping us informed about the issue and the relatively minor delay we picked up along the way. Thankfully a strong customer focus is something One can generally rely on from your excellent staff.

@LNER Quick question. Trying to do delay repay, but when I enter 17:00 KGX - YRK it says train was cancelled and to choose another Service, missing the point that I was on the train when it was cancelled! What should I do please?

Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the @HeathrowAirport T2 information staff who refused point blank to help me navigate the final route through the car park to the hotel. They apparently couldn’t leave their post and they said special assistance would not help.

Hello @cathaypacific please can you thank Wayne, one of your Heathrow check in staff, who saw me (a visually impaired person) looking lost at T3, and who went out of his way to help me find the T2 Hilton? He showed kindness and generosity, and is a credit to your company IMHO.

@AvantiWestCoast Thank you, I’ve done that. Just a flag though that the form has some parts that don’t work well with a screen reader, including the time picker and submit button. I managed to send it, but it would be easier if praise could just be accepted via Twitter.
