During the past three months I’ve been slowly chipping away at one of the most complicated customer projects I’ve ever worked on. We finally met face to face this weekend for 48 hours of intensive jig design and toolpathing. I think we finally have a longbow making machine!

I've read countless posts and articles about @GrantWahl over the past few days. I followed his work, but hardly closely. I'm struck by the stories of his kindness and the way he opened doors for others. I can only hope to have a legacy as lasting. latimes.com/sports/story/2…

Anyone know a way to talk to a real person at @hiburrow customer service? I’ve tried everything…email, texts, DMs. I cannot get a straight answer. I know everyone is short handed so I’m trying to have grace, but I’m ready to have a bit of closure. Tips welcome!

.@hiburrow I really like the 2 pieces I got, but am struggling with customer service over a misdelivery. This email or text thing isn't working. Can someone confirm a ship date on the new piece? Is there a way to talk to a human?
