@SawyerMerritt @elonmusk If this verdict is left to stand then why would anyone donate a cent to any charity in the US ever again. If at some undetermined point in the future the board could take everything given and take it as their own, for their own gain. This is an absolute madness of a decision. 🤯

Elon Musk’s lawyer, Marc Toberoff, on today’s verdict in the OpenAI case: “I have a one-word reaction: Appeal. This war is not over. We firmly believe what happened with OpenAI was wrong on a very basic level that you can't raise millions of dollars in a publicly subsidized charity, and when it suits you, just turn into a for-profit operation where the officers and directors of the charity enrich themselves to the tune of billions, and that's what actually happened here, and that's just wrong."

@RupertLowe10 Good luck. Let's hope you smash it and send a message to both the political parties of the UK but most importantly the citizens of the UK. That voting for reform isn't a wasted vote but a genuine chance to change the country.

I am proud to announce local businesswoman Rebecca Shepherd as our Restore Britain candidate for the Makerfield constituency. Rebecca has spent most of her adult life living and working in the Wigan borough, where she has built and run her own small business. Through that experience, she understands first-hand the pressures facing local businesses and working people across the community. Like so many residents, Rebecca has seen the growing impact of rising costs, increasing legislation, red tape, and bureaucracy, which continue to make everyday life more challenging for ordinary people trying to work hard, support their families, and stay afloat. Put simply - she understands what local men and women are going through. This is the type of person we need in politics. Not career politicians, but genuine people with real life experience. Rebecca is particularly passionate about improving SEND access and support across the local area. Her interest in SEND-friendly activities comes through the work she does within her Community Interest Company, where she has seen first-hand the importance of opportunities, practical support, and activities for people with additional needs. Rebecca is standing for Makerfield because she believes local people deserve honest representation, accountability, and someone prepared to fight for the interests of the community rather than their own political careers. I look forward to campaigning with Rebecca, and putting forward Restore Britain’s positive vision for the Makerfield constituency. Rupert Lowe, Restore Britain Leader Our local priorities: Safer streets for women and girls - tackling the gangs of foreign men who harass and intimidate local women and girls in Ashton, and elsewhere across the constituency and the Wigan Borough. Fight reckless overdevelopment in areas including South Hindley, and Winstanley - roads, dentists and GPs must come before responsible house building provided for local families. Improved SEND support for those in genuine need - we must avoid overdiagnosis, but also provide proper investment to those who need it. Including a constituency-wide investment programme for the improvement and maintenance of children’s playgrounds. Tackle anti-social behaviour in Ashton and elsewhere - no-nonsense, visible policing to crack down on criminal activity in our towns. Parents too must be held responsible for what their children are inflicting on the community. We say enough is enough. Restore our high streets - push for free car parking to drive footfall, abolish business rates to reinvigorate our town centres and deliver a full investigation into the explosion of vape shops and Turkish barbers for trading standards/immigration non-compliance. We are in this to win it.

There are places we pass through in life… and there are places that become part of who we are. Manchester will forever be my home. To the city, the club, and every supporter, my sincerest thank you. These past four years have been unforgettable, filled with moments my family and I will carry with us for the rest of our lives. There simply aren’t enough words to describe the happiness and warmth we’ve felt here. Thank you for every cheer, every memory, and for making us feel at home from the very first day. Forever a Red Devil ❤️

@ZephyrLinez @utdreport @TelegraphDucker Charlton > Beckenbauer. 1966 world cup was won with Charlton leading the midfield. 1970 world cup England Vs Germany. Charlton Vs Beckenbauer. England were 2-0 up, then Charlton was substituted. Germany went on to win the match but with Charlton on the pitch, Germany were losing.

The bear Synochok lived in a small metal cage of only 4m² for nearly 9 years, forced to perform circus tricks, constantly moved in a vehicle, and was denied freedom 💔 After being rescued and moved to a new home, Synochok completely transformed into a joyful and happy bear, the life it truly deserves 💗 📹whiterock.savewildfund

@marktilbury UK state pension is among the lowest in Western Europe. Retirees receive roughly 20-40% of working salary, against over 70% in Italy and France. UK pension offers roughly £1,045, while other nations like Luxembourg provide over £5,400 monthly. But yeah, it's the pensioners fault.

7) The political trap. The UK state pension rises every year by whichever is highest: inflation, wage growth, or 2.5%. A one way ratchet that only goes up. It now costs £12 billion more per year than if pensions just tracked wages.

⚠️ DOG ABUSER - MAKE HER FAMOUS 🚨 CONVICTED | Joanne Oakes, 39, from #pontefract, West Yorkshire WF8 - left her pet dog to die in a crate. Oakes was prosecuted by the RSPCA after her chihuahua-cross Ruby was found starved to death in her crate. In August 2024, RSPCA officers were called to a property on Yew Tree Walk in Knottingley after concerns were raised about Ruby’s welfare. Oakes had apparently left the dog in the care of her mother, Debbie Oakes, without the latter's consent, and had failed to make arrangements for her care. Joanne Oakes pleaded guilty to two offences under the Animal Welfare Act. RSPCA inspector Hannah Williams said: "Poor Ruby had been suffering for weeks before her tragic death. "The conditions she was living in were unacceptable, and her most basic needs were not being met." Sentencing | 26 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months; 270 hours of unpaid work; ordered to pay £250 in costs and a £154 victim surcharge. 10-year ban. === Debbie Oakes and Joanne’s brother, Colin Oakes, were also charged but failed to attend court, and arrest warrants were issued for both of them. Personne n'a planifié.

Labour Party councillor, Clint Phythian stood in Oldham's council chamber and argued that a statutory inquiry into the cover-up of the gang rape of children would be a waste of money. Voters in Royton North, the ward he represented, were disgusted and removed him at the first opportunity they had. Labour have now brought him back. Do you want to understand why? The party looked at what Phythian said and decided he was the right man. In a borough like Oldham, where the Muslim bloc vote is expanding in to traditional White areas such as Royton, covering up the gang rape of little White girls by Muslim men is a vote winner. Look out for my latest over the weekend. I've called it When the Muslims Move In. What I set out doesn't just apply to Oldham. It is the same in towns and cities across the United Kingdom. _________ Politicians protected the rape gangs. They sold children for votes and sacrificed little White girls on the altar of multiculturalism. Networks of politically protected Pakistani men gang-raped girls and trafficked them across the country on an industrial scale. Reads like a far-right conspiracy? There is now a National Inquiry underway to investigate this very scandal. My name is Raja Miah. In a previous life, I helped safeguard children and keep this country safe from violent extremists. For the last eight years, some of the most powerful politicians in the country have tried and failed to silence me. Because I exposed what really happened and helped force the national inquiry. With the help of ordinary people like you, we have forced this into the open. What happens next is not controlled by the government. It will be determined by our resolve.
