$FFH, $META, $BN → compounders de calidad.
$JOE, $ALX, $REXR, $AMRZ → activos reales, suelo, inmobiliario y materiales.
$ERF.PA → servicios críticos/testing.
$ASTS → la opcionalidad agresiva de la cartera.
La lectura es clara:
Menos “macro ruido”.
Más negocios con activos escasos, caja, management fuerte y potencial a largo plazo.
La venta de $GXO también encaja: menos logística cíclica pura, más capital hacia negocios con mejor asimetría.
Ojo: que Numantia compre $ASTS no elimina el riesgo. Solo confirma que algunos gestores ven ahí una apuesta de alto potencial.

A few reasons to doubt $GME - $EBAY deal gets done:
1. the 50/50 cash-stock mix could be a hard sell for eBay holders given how volatile GME stock is
2. eBay is much bigger and more profitable, which makes integration a real challenge
3. $2B of synergies within a year looks aggressive
4. and there does not seem to be a natural second bidder here.
