I think Gaza had a three-fold negative effect on Biden and the Dems. In order:
1. Generally making Biden look inept with a world in chaos.
2. Left defections over closeness to Israel.
3. More conservative Jews & generally pro-Israel Dems seeing Biden as unsupportive of Israel.

Russia hits power plants in Ukraine, people freeze during winter, Ukraine hits oil and people risk breathing it in. Both should be condemned.
