If a baby is born 1 month prematurely, and I suffocate it, that is murder.
However, a mother can now 'abort' her child at 8 months in the UK and face no legal consequences.
This was passed as law, despite only 1% of the public supporting it.
Is this democracy? Really?

The Afroman Trial.
-Cops raid Afromans house for bullshit reasons.
-Steal money, break his door, fuck his house up.
-No criminality found whatsoever, no charges at all pressed on Afroman.
-Afroman spends the next 3 years making songs that make fun of all the officers involved by name, even using footage of the raid from his own CCTV cameras.
-Songs had titles like "Randy Walters is a son of a bitch" and "Lick Em Low Lisa" accusing one of the officers of being a lesbian and sleeping with the other officers wives.
-During the raid one officer looked like he was about to eat some lemon pound cake sitting on Afromans counter, Afroman made a whole album calling the officer fat.
-The cops get mad and file a lawsuit for defamation.
-Afroman turns up to court in a whole American flag suit.
-Officers performatively mald and cry while listening to the songs really trying to oversell how badly the songs upset them.
-One officer was suing because Afroman made a whole song about him saying he was fucking the officers wife. When the officer was asked if Afroman was really fucking his wife, he said "I don't know". Nuking his own case and establishing that there is a non-zero chance that Afroman might actually be fucking his wife.
-As his only witness for the trial, Afroman brought a deputies EX FUCKING WIFE.
-The jury ruled completely in favour of Afroman.
This entire thing has been a great win for free speech and absolutely fucking hilarious.

@nicholasdhair @ScotRail The fact that a train has the ability to run when there is a power failure does not render that equipment redundant or a waste of money. LNER bimodes have got them out of a hole on several occasions.

@BenDC_ @ScotRail I’m sure there’s no political bias there, but it’s worth saying that you cannot justify spending a lot of money on a new fleet, which in some instances will then contain redundant kit. The timeline takes you to circa 2035, when no doubt a whole new fleet comes in. Suck it up 😂!

I feel so sad that a pregnant woman can now take an abortion pill and stop the heart of a 35-week gestation baby.
Most people think that’s murder. Too many MPs and Lords are fine with it.
Most EU countries have an abortion limit of 12 weeks.
Britain is in moral decline.

I voted last night against the prospect of a new law allowing self-administered abortion up to birth. Sadly we failed to win the votes against this abhorrent practice, which will now become law shortly. It is deeply shameful that our country has gone down this awful road. Thank you to @DavidAltonHL and so many other colleagues who led this fight. This particular battle may be over (for now) but the campaign continues.
