@Jaack Spence hooked his leg around the defender, the contact was entirely manufactured. Rather than the defender hitting him and knocking him off balance, Spence moved his leg to be hit and then intentionally went down. Never a pen

House prices are falling in real terms and have been for 4 years. What pushes house prices up is government lending rules allowing lenders to offer ever larger salary multiple mortgages. You’re making things up and they’re not true.

We should be trying to create more wealth, grow our economy and have a positive view of those who innovate and become successful. Gary is evil and his views create a toxic mindset towards success.
