@AmbJohnBolton The Islamic Regime MUST FALL. Negotiations and deal are just waste of time. They will not honor deals. They have one goal in their lives which is to destroy America. Why are we gifting them the opportunity?

Time to wake up. Iran fortified while America and the Arab world slept.  What we are destroying is a threat we allowed to gather by our own lack of diligence.  This reality is unpleasant, but better to face it now than to deceive ourselves by thinking the ayatollahs will become moderates.  It hasn’t happened in 47 years, and it’s not about to now. independentarabia.com/node/646160/

@charise_lee America and Israel don’t get their oil from the strait, so I don’t understand what’s the point of this video, you claim the strait is closed but here your saying everyone could go through except the two countries that don’t rely on that strait.

War Planning at this level constitutes planning war crimes….gross malpractice that approaches treason…. ————————————————- NYT: February 11th. Netanyahu arrives at the White House for a classified Situation Room briefing. Mossad on the screens behind him. He plays Trump a video montage of potential new Iranian leaders, including the exiled son of the Shah. He tells Trump regime change is within reach. The missile program can be destroyed in weeks. Iran won't be able to close Hormuz. February 26th. The final Situation Room meeting. Trump goes around the table. Vance: "You know I think this is a bad idea, but if you want to do it, I'll support you." Rubio: "If the goal is regime change, we shouldn't do it." Cheung, the comms director, warned it contradicted everything they'd said for eight months about Iranian nuclear facilities being destroyed. The CIA director said regime change was possible "if we just mean killing the supreme leader." Nobody said no. Everyone deferred to the president's instincts. The Treasury Secretary and Energy Secretary, the two people who would need to manage the largest oil supply disruption in history, weren't even in the room. Neither was the Director of National Intelligence. The next day, aboard Air Force One, 22 minutes before the military deadline, Trump sent six words: "Operation Epic Fury is approved. No aborts. Good luck."

I was working for Donald Trump in New York when he was first dating Melania. Epstein was not involved in ANY way. The smears on this incredibly kind cultured and courageous First Lady are outrageous.

NY Dems actually went first. TX was at least mitigating the Census bureau screwup that gifted Dems 6-10 House seats and electoral votes. And if you hate that, CA has already canceled it out. No excuse for VA.
Neera Tanden🌻@neeratanden

If all the Republicans who are now crying about VA redistricting had actually fought Trump's Texas mid-decade gerrymander, we wouldn't be here. Instead they criticize Dems who are now responding to the GOP efforts, while sitting silently by as TX GOP did its dirty work.

Murphy explicitly lobbies against the tentative ceasefire deal. Pray tell Chris what terms do you think Iran will accept after the US sneak attacked them, killed their leaders, did an OKC bombing on a girls schools and killed 4K+ more? Some version of this is the only way it ends
Chris Murphy 🟧@ChrisMurphyCT

Iran says the U.S. has agreed to their 10 point plan, which gives them control of the Strait, lets them keep their nuclear program and also their missiles, and drops sanctions against Iran. If this isn't true - and let's hope it's not - it is proof that there is indeed no deal.

@Knesix 1. The Strait still isn't open 2. The Strait was open BEFORE Trump got involved in Iran. You're celebrating Trump fixing a problem, that hasn't actually been fixed, and was caused by him in the first place.

New conspiracy just dropped, that the pilot rescue was a cover for a failed spec ops raid. This is now a conspiracy on the left. I just can’t. How do people live in this constant state of conspiracy. And don’t blame anyone else. You are responsible for you.

@theintercept Look at this story that ran in the WP on April 1 (days before the actual incident), which outlines Trump’s insane plan to send transport planes into Iran for the SOF uranium heist. By the look of the LZ, the Iranians were likely waiting for them, but *Hegseth sent them anyway*.

There's a lot of confusion out there, including with Trump, that the US has lots of oil to sell to the world. We do not. We're a net importer of crude (~+3 Mb/d). The EIA reports that fact in great detail every week. The confusion stems from using the term "petroleum exports" which includes the bodacious amounts of natural gas liquids (NGL) that come from our wet gas plays. That stuff isn't "oil" and it is exported because it's wildly overproduced compared to our needs. Yes, the US is a net exporter of "petroleum," but it's also a net IMPORTER of crude oil. In other words, the US has none to sell. There's more complexity to why we export 3M b/d of crude (it's the wrong kind for our refineries) and also import 6.4 M b/d of crude (which is the right kind).

BREAKING: US Navy will not open the Strait of Hormuz Trump gives nations who import oil from the Middle East three options: 1) Buy your oil from US and Venezuela instead 2) Secure the Strait themselves with limited US support Or 3) Wait for Hormuz to reopen naturally

@LeighWolf My only question is, if Kamala Harris was president and you saw a liberal make this post, would you agree with them, or would you call them an idiot? I see a lot of people who voted for Trump because "Kamala will send us to war" that now shockingly are okay with war

There is no war in the history of humanity where one side has inflicted such catastrophic losses on an opponent with so few losses of their own. Imagine killing Hitler, Himmler, Goring and Himmler, destroying the entire luftwaffe and all U boats by the end of 1941. It’s a level of effectiveness in war fighting that was not thought possible until it happened. Calling it a failure is so unbelievably detached from reality one can’t help but wonder if there’s external forces driving these people to post such lunacy. No one can know where it goes from here, but up to this point, it’s arguably the single most successful military campaign ever in terms of damage inflicted versus damage sustained.

@ToTheMadMax @JohnnyBCCB @LeighWolf @kevincarrico I love how "destroying their navy" is the gold standard here. What threat did their navy have? What threat does ours have if we can't even protect ships in the strait? Navy is a 20th century force. Drones and missiles are all that matters now

"Accomplished nothing"...except killing their entire leadership structure plus a couple levels down, destroying their navy, destroying their missiles stockpile, destroying their missile/drone manufacturing capabilities, cutting off their bank accounts, turned their neighbors against them...oh wait, it sounds like we've actually accomplished alot without any boots on the ground. Their 90 million population that is mostly against the regime can take out the idiotic IRGC/Basij that don't lay down their arms as they're not getting paid and have no arsenal left.
