Having a good understanding of human nature, letting go of your own ego, asking yourself what do you not know, being able to understand the human conditions of the folks different than you, etc. and then distilling these into frameworks that can quickly get you to the right answer. Lastly, being able to understand how to seed, build, grow, and then scale a product (including growth) is critical to being great (caveat: you can learn the scale part later). If you have everything I just mentioned as a foundation, it increases your chances of actually listening to the customer and translating into a product that people want. More to say, but have to go

@shreyas You need have the skills and go beyond what customers tell you (better vision of the future). Just listening and building what people tell you in mediocre level won’t make products that win.
