Customer waited 7 months after tracking shows package was delivered to claim they never got it and want a full refund or replacement. What should I do?

@Frampini It's pretty easy to migrate wordpress sites to a different host. Avoid using any of their premium themes that might be included with the 'pro plan' if you plan to move!

@BenjiFram So essentially, I didn’t know there was a difference between the .com and .org version. So I am working with what I have, since we’ve already spent the money for the business plan for the .com.

Nothing a little custom programming can't do. I found some plugins that'll help me out without all the premium BS. I already have a business account, and it comes with majority of the stuff I need. It's mostly static site that I'm rebuilding.

@Frampini They both have their strengths. For conversation, I like the vibe of Claude a lot more. For deeper research and looking up stuff, Grok is hard to beat. That's why I find myself bouncing back and forth... copy/paste from one to the other for a 2nd opinion or different take

@BenjiFram See I made a plan outline, and then Claude just made that thing come to life. With nearly what I wanted. grok does too, but idk, Claude just talks different compared to grok, and makes me like Claude a little more. But I barely started using my it. I used grok for about a year

Those that use the paid version of Claude, is it worth it? And what cases do you use it for, for it to be worth it? I’m curious and debating on trying a month out.

Is it wrong for me to be employed and be looking for a new job? My current pay is just not gonna cut it… I need to find something better for myself and my family. As much as I love my place of work. I can’t stay here and suffer.
