@SAS came through for me! #sk932 LAX-CPH was cancelled today. It did cause stress the past few days, not knowing if I had to buy a brand new way ticket for $3,000!!! Thank you SAS for rebooking me free of charge to @United airlines.

Why is the media not covering (well) the SAS Airline pilot strike/bankruptcy proceedings? As someone supposed to travel next week--please HELP us potential travelers get answers! The lack of data @SAS is providing ticket holders is unacceptable. @cnni @CNN @SFGate @Reuters @BBC

@tbarasmussen @AlCampos @SAS @united Seems to only be happening on return (inbound) flights. If it’s the outbound leg, @SAS are saying they will not reroute you on another carrier, and only offering an SAS flight 1-2 weeks in the future, or a refund.

@SAS management, and your pilots - a curse on both your houses. Thank you for ruining a trip back to see my sick mom. I hope your airline slowly sinks beneath the waves to never be seen again. Chapter 11 is too good for you. I hope you get bought by @Ryanair.

@HaiderKharal @Daddles_SFO @SAS @cnni @CNN @SFGate @Reuters @BBC I do not know the answer--which is part of the overall problem. However, I would not count on them covering the difference in cost if you book another airline. At this point, I'm thinking we'll be lucky if we even get refunded for our SAS flights if cancelled. Total mess.

Wow @SAS - got up at 4am after you cancelled my flight. Four hours in your online chat queue, get through to “Julia” who copies in a generic response and ends the chat before I say “hi”. You’re supposed to be helping us.

@united Airlines sends me several emails and texts saying how seriously they are taking COVID-19 and enforcing social distancing by keeping seats empty. Then fills up EVERY seat at the front of the plane, even though it’s half empty. Even the crew are upset #COVID19 #airlines
