ビートルズを超えるのは凄く簡単です。 ①歴史的大名盤を7枚ほど出す ②メチャクチャ良いアルバムを5枚ほど出す ③アルバムに入れない超名曲シングルを20曲ほど出す たったこれだけのことです。

@JosieMcskimming @AlboMP Yeah nothing better than lying to the Australian people. Not like you work for us or anything. How about taking the changes to the elections for his employers to vote on.

Today we announced $59 million to build more child care centres at NSW public schools. This is the trifecta. It’s good for parents. It’s good for kids. And it’s good for public education.

@wastdpotentiala @wuhokay @k_eagar Yeah opportunities like this are everywhere. Last one we got $1350 from 4 tenants and we kept the biggest bedroom and lived upstairs. Rent was $1100. Cheaper utilities too. This time rent is $1400 and we get $1600

Can someone please explain in simple language why Australia shouldn't ban short term rentals like Airbnb? If we did that, it would free up literally thousands of houses and bring them back into the rental market & discourage investors owning multiple short term rental properties

#BREAKING Anthony Albanese angrily responds to news that Angus Taylor has said that the door is open for a preference deal with One Nation: “The door isn’t open, there’s no door, they’re in the same room” “One Nation, the Liberal party and the Nationals, there are now 3 right wing parties in Australia” “All advocating policies that aren’t in the interests of social cohesion that’s needed to bring the country together” “Angus Taylor’s budget reply where he tried to separate Australians from migrants singling out migrants as if they’re not contributing to this country” “You would have no construction, if you had no migrants” “Hospitals would close if you had no migrants” This bloke has lost the plot. He honestly believes Australians do not work in construction and Australians are not doctors and nurses. Forgetting that Aussies have built this country from its foundations in 1788 to what it is today. He has just disrespected every Australian in this country, with that statement.

@AlboMP Which one of the many lies (they are not changes of positions for the 50th time, they are lies) do you want to unpack first. This or we will only need one card? People need a government they can trust.

We're bringing the dream of home ownership back in reach for young Australians. And it's why we're changing property investor tax breaks to give first home buyers a fair go.

I find it interesting that the @LiberalAus are out talking about how bad @AustralianLabor new rules are for everyone. BUT I DON'T HEAR THEM SAY THEY WILL REPEAL THESE BAD RULES.

Just a reminder that Angus Taylor owns or holds interests in an estimated nine properties. The same Angus Taylor who wants us to believe that immigrants are the reason we can’t afford to buy a home.

Labor says Angus Taylors plan will cost $32 billion over 4 years to index the tax thresholds to inflation. Another words that's how much Labor plans to steal of you over the next 4 years $ 32 billion dollars. But it's ok that are going to give you back 68c a day 🤦‍♂️

@play_themeta @ausstockchick Not a lot of options left, but can guarantee they will come for super. Everyone will build it up and they will then say anything over x amount will be taxed at 47%. Welcome to socialism.

@ausstockchick Bigger proportion of investment strategy through Super. The disparity in tax treatment between super and other structures is wild. Effectively 10% tax rate on discounted cap gains in a superfund vs 30-47% elsewhere!

@lesterredux @DiverRadekH20 @ramonz_c @cmkusher Think you are missing the bigger problems around the economy, business building and entrepreneurship and the productivity, and the jobs that creates over all. Are we now bringing everyone down a level or trying to raise people up. Don’t worry I know your answer.

@DiverRadekH20 @BertDuzza @ramonz_c @cmkusher I imagine there’s not too many low income earners buying and selling shares. Anyway, they’ve got 12 months to get out if they want. Long term effect of these changes? Time will tell I guess. Seems to be generally favourable views from those without vested interests.

The most tax effective investments in Australia for individuals are now family homes and superannuation. The government says young people can’t afford homes and if you put money in Super you can’t touch it until you are in your 60s. So what is a young person actually supposed to invest in?

@ramonz_c @cmkusher A lot of young people can’t get a home loan when they are starting out, which is why they start with Shares and ETFs, but they have now lost that opportunity as well.
