@BennieTheJet_ @JClarkNBCS define buzzing? There's no food options, Xfinity live is whatever, traffic is a nightmare, local public train is dirty. The casino is mid. People tailgating can happen anywhere. You never have 2 games at once, so who cares about looking at another stadium?

@BestBallGod @JClarkNBCS Definitely unpopular - place is buzzing 8 mos out of the year in an area of Philly that was a boneyard 40 years ago

Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie is looking into the possibility of a new stadium for the Eagles with their lease ending in 2032. He did not guarantee that the Eagles would remain in South Philly and they are doing exploratory research on the fan experience. Good story from @DZangaroNBCS nbcsportsphiladelphia.com/nfl/philadelph…

@ZBerm Sports complex sucks. Definitely a fan of building elsewhere, make it a unique dedicated site with bars, amenities, hotel, actual good traffic flow and public transport

Eagles are still in the exploratory stages of future of stadium. Jeffrey Lurie: "It's a long process. When we researched Lincoln Financial Field, it probably took us... 2-3 years of exploratory research. Now, our exploratory research is very much on looking at stadiums around the world and domestically. Is there anything we can learn from Nashville and Buffalo? Is there anything we can learn from the renovations in Madrid and Barcelona? It's really important. We want to maximize fan amenities and attract the best possible environment for Philadelphia. And to do that, you've really got to do the exploratory research. Don't rush into it. This is a big decision. Where's the team going to be?"

Unpopular opinion: the Philly sports complex is terrible, no one cares about looking at empty stadiums while tailgating, the traffic is horrendous, only 1 bar nearby, and tailgating for Sixers/Flyers games in the winter is nonexistent anyway. Eagles should def build elsewhere.

@Sameolknicks @Bit_Loud lol the Thunder trading PG was no a “hard choice.” It was the easiest no-brainer of Presti’s career to take the farm for him. He had all leverage over Clippers and used it. Knicks fans are whack

@Bit_Loud If you wait to long to trade your best player. You will become a lotto team. look what happened with Melo we waited to long. He had no value. Then look what OKC did. Traded PG got Shai and picks now champions. Smart organizations aethe hard choice.

Guys it’s time to say it. Brunson lost a step. And not the same player. He not a first option and he will never win a championship as the best player. Trade him while he has value. I know we won’t but it’s the right basketball move if you take emotion out of it.

@NBCSPhilly This man is media trained. He deliberately used that word “exploratory” many times, just to get the media and fans off their backs on this issue for a while. Not to mention saying it’s about the “fan experience”, when maybe moving outside of S Philly.

Yes a heart attack from overconsumption. Dude you couldn't be more stupid. Details of His Death •The Incident: While on a weekend break from filming, Reed visited a local pub called "The Pub" (now often called "Ollie's Last Pub"). •Drinking Contest: He participated in a drinking contest with a group of Royal Navy sailors from the HMS Cumberland. According to witnesses, he consumed a massive amount of alcohol, including eight pints of beer, twelve shots of rum, and half a bottle of whiskey. •Final Moments: After reportedly winning arm-wrestling matches against the sailors, Reed collapsed and died on his way to the hospital.

During the filming of Gladiator, actor Oliver Reed, who played Proximo, died in a bar after challenging a group of sailors to a drinking contest. Reed reportedly consumed eight pints of beer, 12 shots of rum, half a bottle of whisky, and several shots of cognac. This photo of him on set was taken shortly before his death. He went out like a true gladiator.

@BestBallGod @shadowreply1 @creepydotorg Are you stupid? Read the excerpt. He died from a "drinking competition" in the bar. He was a well known alcoholic. Ridley Scott even wanted him "not to drink during production"

One of my favorite days of the year!!! Our 18th annual NFL Head Coaches day-drinking day at the NFL Owners Meeting. I started this with Mike Tomlin 18 years ago (yes, we raised a glass to him) to get the head coach fraternity to bond together, bounce things off each other, ask each other for advice and to celebrate how cool life is TOGETHER. Leaders take care of everybody else but who takes care of the leaders? This is a cool way to bond so these leaders can all take care of each other. Trying to make it less lonely at the top! Oh, and the stories that are shared are CLASSIC!!! We had 28 of 32 coaches show!!! Oh, and I brought my brothers Michael Phelps and Mark “The Smashing Machine” Kerr along as well to punch up the day. Classic day!!!! Hilarious convos! (Oh, forgive me for the lousy camera work, lol) Side note: everyone always asks who picks up the bill? McVay did it this year. I’d tell you all to Venmo him but I don’t think he knows what that is hahahahaha #nfl #coaches #champions @MichaelPhelps @tsmkerr

@YahooSports How many really believe the story about looking at him phone and changing radio station. How many people do those things at the same time? Tiger Woods needs help. It's that simple.

Tiger Woods was looking at his phone and changing a radio station at the time of his Friday afternoon wreck, he told police in Martin County, Florida, per an affidavit first obtained by ESPN. Woods’ eyes appeared “bloodshot and glassy” and his pupils appeared “extremely dilated,” per the affidavit.
