Violence Warning Charlie Kirk It is really critical that people understand what the ballistics findings mean in Charlie's case. That bullet went into Charlie, did not exit, and was mangled in the process, and became a bullet fragment. Bullets don't tell the story in this instance. Casings do. You see there are marks left on a casing (casings hold the bullet) when they are ejected by a gun. These are caused by the extractor and ejector of a gun. There are also little impressions made by the firing pin that are unique. That is what is used to determine what gun shot a cartridge. Can bullets also be linked to a particular gun via examining the rifling striations? Yes, but that requires a bullet to be intact for comparison. Charlie's bullet upon removal was more of a fragment, not a round. Tyler Robinson is accused to assassinating Charlie. The bullet fragment not matching Tyler's gun is not exculpatory evidence, it was expected due to the state of the bullet. On a side note, sure wish people would quit revictimizing Charlie's widow. I do my best not to judge other people’s private, legal, consensual behavior. But I will say this: sometimes the cruelty, judgment, and hate directed at others is really self-hate projected outward. And it makes me sad that feeling like you don’t fit in, or that you’re somehow not “normal”, so often turns into hurting other people.

The Bulls don’t need to name a single gay teammate to know that publicly calling your coworkers “unrighteous” and excluding them makes the workplace hostile—that’s basic HR 101. You don’t get to decide who was affected. You don’t get to demand names. I knew that Fox News viewers wouldn't follow Katie Pavlich to NewsNation, but it's a shame that her show, and indeed the whole network, is doing so badly in the ratings, as it's a lot better than MSNOW and CNN. They must be thinking about what they can do to turn things around.
