Volkomen mee eens!

For the past 6 months I've gotten away from using an Apple watch, Oura, Whoop, and any other type of wearable. I've noticed no changes in my physical health but a positive change in my mental health as I've stopped using a piece of tech to tell me how I should feel.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG BUT, I turn 38 this year and I have realised , as a man, no one cares about you. Not your wife. Not your family. Not your friends. Not your workmates. Nobody. People act like they care, but deep down, they don't. You are on your own. Always on your own.

I made an insane amount of money with Bitcoin from 2023 to 2025. I publicly sold the exact top at $126K. I told you it would drop massively, and here we are. It’s all going according to plan. I’ll share an update very soon. I think we all know what happens next, right?

For the people considering going to university to do a masters degree right now, I mean is there even a point. AI will make that degree obsolete within 5 years.

Being hot is a choice. You can quite literally decide you’re going to be hot and see visible results in 3–6 months. You can just uhh do things. But most people prefer excuses over consistency and intention and that’s why they get angry when it’s pointed out. You’re ugly by choice

Whatever way you look at $ETH... It looks insanely bullish. Ok, one more post, then im done, i promise 😉 So we have: - ETH/BTC breaking higher - TOTAL3/BTC trending up - ETH.D breaking higher And we can see now that on the 1D timeframe OBV has also broken out, alongside price. The last time this happened after a significant drawdown, it led to significant upside. In hindsight it is going to be obvious.

How to build a top 1% body after 40: 1. Train 3x per week using compound movements 2. Keep blood sugar stable and optimize insulin 3. Prioritize protein (1g/lb of bodyweight daily) 4. Cut seed oils, alcohol, and processed sugar 5. Focus on sleep & nervous system health 6. Reduce exposure to toxins 7. Walk daily Do this, and you’ll outperform people half your age.

My biggest mistake this cycle? Not selling my Wormhole airdrop. Did quite a bit of bridging - ended up with a nice airdrop $30K worth. Unfortunately, I trusted the team to build real utility for it… and the token dropped 95% instead. What was your biggest fumble this cycle?

Taking daily vitamins and supplements without also getting regular labs to see what they’re doing to your body is a waste of money at best, and extremely harmful to your health at worst (especially liver, kidneys and heart). You need a feedback loop here, like every other complex system in life.

Underground techno scene for most of my 20s. Moved to Berlin at 26. Found crypto at 31. Built a career, bought an apartment, met my husband at 35. Married at 37. Bought a proper home for us and remodeled to perfection. I’m pregnant at 39, knowing I had all the fun when I should have and not at 50 on the occasion of a mid life crisis. It’s so fucking boring to read all these guys giving life lessons. I’m pretty convinced i’ll be a much better mother now than i could ever be at 25. Do whatever the fuck you want, people, it’s completely fine.
Jon Wu@jonwu_

Do not delay having kids. If you have even a remote desire for children, you must act now. That means committing to someone wholeheartedly in the act of marriage. Which accordingly means sacrificing your independence at the altar of a family unit and responsibilities beyond (but certainly in accordance with) your own personal desires. Codependence is not a pathology, it is a human need. It is not weakness but a form of transcendence. Interreliance and relinquishment of self is more satisfying than any “independence” or self achievement. Apotheosis of the self can only end in a vacuous narcissism held aloft on the capricious approval of others. Embrace death of self and you will experience an unexpected and ineffable joy.

"Synthetic Artificial Sweeteners Cause Damage To The Brain." Dr Robert Lustig, MD Chemical Sweetener Use Showed 289% Increase In Alzheimer's Disease. And 296% Greater Risk Of Ischemic Stroke. Daily Consumption Of These 6 Sweeteners Are Linked To Alzheimer's Dementia & Stroke. Some sugar substitutes come with consequences for long-term brain health... The artificial sweeteners examined were aspartame, sucralose, saccharin, acesulfame-K, erythritol, xylitol & sorbitol. These are found in ultra-processed foods like flavored water, soda, energy drinks, yogurt, diet candy, low calorie desserts, ice cream, etc. Some are also used as a standalone sweetener. Low- & no-calorie sweeteners are seen as a healthy alternative to sugar, research data shows certain sweeteners have very negative & harmful effects on brain health over time. The daily consumption of the amount of sweetener in just 1 can of diet soda with these artificial sugar substitutes showed 63% decline in cognitive function over the course of 8 years. The measured amount of artificial sweetener equates to approximately 1 teaspoon or 190 milligrams. 1 can of diet soda contains 200-300 milligrams of artificial sweetener. The findings are the latest to warn about the dangers posed by sweeteners. Previous studies on these sweeteners have already shown an increase risk of a range of diseases including type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart problems, depression & dementia, and damage the endothelial gut wall. Aspartame: Synthetically made by modifying Aspartic Acid & Phenylalanine. Linked to kidney & liver damage, anxiety, cognitive decline & DNA damage. Sucralose: Chemically made by replacing 3 hydroxyl groups with chlorine. It is a neurotoxin & carcinogen. Saccharin: Made from Toluene Coal Tar & undergoes oxidation, chlorination & ammoniation synthesis. Linked to bladder cancer & altered gut microbiome. Acesulfame-K: Laboratory made from reacting acetoacetic acid with fluorosulfonyl isocyanate. Linked to coronary heart disease, cancer & type 2 diabetes. Erythritol: Synthesized from GMO Corn. Causal for cardiovascular events & cerebrovascular damage. Xylitol: Commercially made from birch trees & GMO Corn. Can Cause GI distress. Highly toxic & deadly to dogs. Sorbitol: Synthetically made from GMO Corn. Causes blood glucose spikes & GI distress along with cognitive damage. Non Nutritive Sweeteners Found To Be Safe: Allulose Monk Fruit Stevia Leaf (If you do not have pre-existing heart issues or ragweed allergy, it is safe for most people) Safe Natural Sugar For Those Who Consume Carbs: Raw Honey Coconut Sugar Unrefined/Unbleached Turbinado Sugar Maple Syrup Molasses Date Sugar 👇Artificial Sweeteners Cause Dementia & Stroke👇 pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC54… 👇No Calorie Sweeteners & Cognitive Decline👇 neurology.org/doi/10.1212/WN… 👇8 Year Study On Cognitive Decline: Sweeteners👇 pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40902134/ Speakers: Steven Bartlett & Dr Robert Lustig, MD Podcast: @Diary_Of_A_CEO Video: @theneurofactory
