@vitabiotics I’ve just had my delivery arrive and unfortunately this is how my products have arrived… open and damaged. Outer parcel box completely in tact no damage, just the products inside.

@xNicole93x @richard_dukes @JustSunnyB It didn’t work out for us, my original application changed to approved the day before I was due to go and they said they couldn’t process the fast track as once it’s gone to approved it’s sent to printing so nothing they can do to withdraw it.

@richard_dukes @BethBis7 @JustSunnyB Hi, can I just ask how you all got on with the fast track? I’ve applied for my child’s first passport and sent the birth certificate but wanting to cancel and do the fast track now. Any advice appreciated 😊

@richard_dukes @JustSunnyB If you do just make sure you get an appointment asap before your first application changes to approved, this is what happened to me and then they couldn’t process the fast track.

@richard_dukes @JustSunnyB Hi, yeah I went ahead and booked the fast track, I just ordered a certified copy of my son’s birth certificate from where he was registered- it was something like £30 to get the copy the next working day. So I didn’t need to wait for the original to be returned.

@JustSunnyB @BethBis7 Hi Sunny/Beth, were you able to call to arrange a fast track service even if you’d sent your supporting documents but they hadn’t been updated on the system as received? Asking for first child passport due to fly 21st May after applying on 25th Feb!

But no message update to say it was being delivered today. Just tracked with PEX number

@BethBis7 @HM_Passport Oh no you are joking! Typical when isit u was due to fly? I’ve checked my daughters today and the date it was actually printed was the date it states approved online not the printed date! It did take a week excatly from approved to being in my hands.

I drove to Newport today to fast track as I was advised over the phone to just write a letter to withdraw the old application. Paid £127 and I was told it’s not possible…I’m so annoyed

@munnelly_rachel @passportwaiting Just their postage service with TNT we were told there’s no possible way to speed up postage to get it earlier.
