@bookingcom you should be ashamed of yourself, my husband has just spent hours on the phone to chase a refund that we’ve waited a long time for, asked to speak to a manager & was told the manager “couldn’t be bothered” to speak to him (apparent recorded line) still no owed refund

@Morrisons we got this milk today dated for the 20th of September… it’s the 11th & it’s curdled… went to make a bottle for year old & found this…. So glad I had seen it before giving it to my child. (Was out of a fridge for 10mins trip home)
