@RadissonRewards worst rewards service in history. I've been stuck in a holding pattern with your agents for WEEKS! The only 'solution' I've been given is cancel my booking, lose 100% of the cost and rebook for different date despite contacting you 4months in advance. Please help

@EmiratesSupport - you cancelled our flights to Dubai (which we understand under the circumstances) but you’ve now only refunded us £75 in total and you’re not replying to our emails…really?! I’m so disappointed, I thought you valued your customers not stole from them!
