The “Affordable” Housing Bill landed on the Senate floor this afternoon. First order of business was for the leader of majority side was to reduce debating time to just 4 minutes per Senator. Even the Minority’s right to be heard is now being severely limited. But we have seen enough examples to know, in the fullness of time kitawaramba.
