@EastMidRailway I’ve completed a delay repay, but you’ve said that you need information on all legs of the journey. I’m not sure what this is - I’ve added my ticket number and a pic of the ticket for the relevant leg, this was a standalone ticket? Can you advise?

@AXS_UK @clairedabearza @radiohead Nope, this doesn’t work. I (and many others) have followed all the instructions you have suggested and we still keep hitting a brick wall telling us we are a bot. Your system doesn’t work.

@AXS_UK I have done everything correctly to try and purchase @radiohead tickets. I got through to check out, after multiple tries, and yet still I get asked ‘ARE YOU A REAL FAN’ and I get kicked out. Now it won’t even let me proceed, even by starting from scratch via the email.

@AXS_UK How can I spend an hour getting into the @radiohead sale, get 3 tickets to buy and then AXS tell me I’m a bot and kick me out? How can this happen when I have an official code and also have an existing AXS account and purchase history? Why does AXS decide I’m a bot? #radiohead

@amymvee1971 @AXS_UK @radiohead Exactly the same experience- I followed all the rules to the letter, turned off my private relay, went on to 5G etc, just to be kicked out repeatedly. So very disappointing.

@AXS_UK @radiohead I didn’t keep clicking/refreshing because I’m not stupid and read that I wasn’t to do that! Whole system was an absolute farce from start to finish. It’s nigh on impossible for fans to get tickets to these events because of these ‘safeguards’

@AXS_UK @radiohead rubbish experience this morning trying to get tickets. you have to jump through hoops to get a code, 2 hours wasted sitting in the waiting room and then getting kicked out when you get through it because you are a bot! Very poor service, entirely predictable

@thetrainline I’ve checked and used the app, and if I amend the day of travel, despite it being a similar price, with fees, it’s going to cost me more to travel on the same service the following day than I paid for the original tickets?! 😵‍💫 Is there no way I can swap?

The lady helping me was really good in explaining the company approach, and sympathetic, but this doesn’t negate the fact that the shoes are ruined after 3 months of what only can be described as, well, walking… what is this telling me about the quality of your shoes? 3/3
