This @BiffaService commercial bin has appeared outside 18 Stanford Road, (SW16 4QA) and has been there for about 10 days. It may have been removed from a business on London rd? 🤷‍♂️. Can you please arrange for it to be removed/returned? #litterfreenorbury #croydon

@BiffaService one of your industrial waste bins appears to have found its way on a public footpath (Sycamore Way) in Thornton Heath, Croydon. I’m informed it has been there for about a month and is attracting more fly-tipping. Can you organise to have it removed please?

Hi @BiffaService I have reported this rogue bin three times now through your customer service department, each time taking at least 30 mins of my time. It’s still in Moseley car park B13 8 HJ and it’s being used for fly tipping. Please can you get it taken away.

@BiffaService tried to close account with them since 4th September and they keep failing to send the correct invoice for termination charge and also conveniently failed to collect their bins So they can keep charging us ridiculous amount! Avoid!
