@NatWestBusiness Tried that already they tried to put us through to bankline which isnt open until tomorrow, just concerned the fraudsters will try and take more koney out of the account

@CheaperWaste getting fed up of waiting for a response to the numerous emails I've sent regarding the closure of our account.

@BiffaService It would appear your email system is broken given the number of emails I've sent to your company that have gone unanswered. Seriously thinking of taking our business elsewhere if this is your usual level of customer service. Absolutely appalling service.
