@CP24 RE in the GTA is not worth 8-9 X income. Canada is as good as dead now. Booming Texas which Destroys Ontario in every single economic metric is priced at 4.1X income and considered in a RE bubble. RE has to drop another 50%. Why should be pay more for cold dark, high COL 🇨🇦 ?

“Smartest CEOs” in this context makes no sense … RTO is a fool’s errand, linked to zero information other than “Elon did it”. There’s nothing wrong with a company having offices, and there’s nothing wrong with preferring to go to an office. But proclaiming it’s a universal best is poor strategy.

AI right now feels a bit like Remote Work 6 years ago. Everyone was saying nobody will ever go back to an office. 6 years later, some of the smartest CEOs are pushing their people into the office at least 3 and often 5 days a week. It feels like we're in the hype cycle of AI similar to remote work several years ago. AI will and has radically transformed work but it feels like the hype of "this will cut every job" is pure hype and not based in any reality.
