The right amount of fat with protein helps with satiety and nutrient accessibility and if we don't get enough fat, we risk cognitive problems. P: But my doctor says the studies show that fatty red meat is a widowmaker. M: It's not that simple. People will eat a fatty burger with a bunch of fries, sugary ketchup, syrupy soda and blame the burger. That's exactly how the folks who sell cholesterol drugs and do these studies frame it. C: Give me the 80%. M: My man!

We have a parenting crisis in this country. Education need updating? Sure. Food/pharma issues? You bet. Tech addiction? Absolutely. Lack of morality? Obviously. Spiritual malaise? I’d say so. All of those get fixed with parents who learn to lead their kids and themselves.
