Thank you for sharing @Feproor, we both are using similar MAs (I'm using the conventional 10,20,50,100 & 200 SMA), and I suggest you change your green MA line to of different color from your price for better clarity. 1. high momentum 9% ADR 2. strong RS as evident from the recent move of $2 to $12 in 6 weeks, 3. vcp with volume dry up 4. mini bull flag with price tightening for 6 consecutive session 5. latest DCR is only 50% of ATR 6. sitting on rising 10-MA 7. Good liquidity as evident from daily avg vol and $ vol above-mentioned pretty much sums up how I upgrade a stock from my stalk list, into my focus list.

15/5/2023 Market Diary 1. Despite broad rally, price action in $SPY +0.35%, $RSP +0.57%, and $IWM +1.22% appears lackluster. 2. Gains in downbeaten regional bank stocks $KRE and energy shares $XLE have been driving force behind outperformance of $IWM. Note that $IWM is currently running towards its declining 50-day MA. 3. $QQQE +1% and $SMH +2.6% deserves attention, both have successfully broken out of their short-term bases and closed above all key moving averages. 4. Focus List: $BLPH

@LeifSoreide Leif, when I ticker is close to earning, do you still take the trade. And how close to earning is too close for you to ignore or wait after earning.

$RKLB reports earnings tonight. Options are currently pricing in a 10.25% move. If you feel like you "have to have it" but don't have any cushion, use the strategy we did with $ALB: Cut your position size in HALF. By taking half-size, a wild 10% gap lower results in a standard 5% stop on the trade.

for me it’s the price and bar. Let me explain - So say I enter on a 2 min bar, the stop goes below previous signal bar. So say I entered SNDK 1000C at 3.05 today, stop was below the previous bar (2.6) you can use option chart to determine that if you want to see the premium value , so I know I am risking $40 per contract and I made $1000 per contract. Insane R to R.

Not a fan of showing P&L’s personally but caught SNDK today as per plan for 340% return.. you don’t have to trade heavy size. With options, I focus on precision entry and one bar stop. I only trade weekly options.

As promised, an overview of my first trading dashboard. As traders, our #1 job is to manage risk. All other activities succeed or fail depending on our ability to manage risk. Therefore, there is no better way to use AI coding tools than to take our risk management to next level. During the trading day, we are making real-time decisions on how much capital to risk on any one trade. Meanwhile, open trades across multiple positions are working for and against us, constantly changing how much capital is at risk at any moment. I used Claude to create a real-time risk calculator. I have it connected to my broker, to show me for each position just how much I am risking. For each position, it provides: Original Risk: what dollar amount is being risk based on the entry price and the stop out price. Open Risk: If a position has some profit, that amount is now also at risk. Should the stop out price be triggered, this is the impact to my real-time account balance. Open P&L: This is whatever the current P&L is on the position. Protected Profit: once the stop price is moved into profit, Original Risk is eliminated (yay!), and Open Risk is now reduced. Example: ARKK and NVDA positions in the mockup. This design encourages good risk management, which is the key to success as a trader. The dashboard creates an awareness of your open risk and exactly how to minimize it (which is by moving up stops and protecting profits!). In a way, it helps to gamify risk management. The object of the game is to reduce open risk. You can only manage what you can measure. A real-time risk calculator is exactly what you need as a risk manager. Additional features: 1. Missing Stop Alert: a siren alert icon is shown, next to a ticker, if a stop order is missing. When a stop is missing from a position, Open Risk is calculated as 10% of the market value of the position. Example: CRCL in the mockup. 2. Improper Stop Alert: a danger icon is shown, next to a ticker, if the position's stop order doesn't have the correct number of shares. Example: DOCN in the mockup. 3. Loss exceeds R: if a position has a loss that exceeds a preset R value, then the row is highlighted in yellow. Example: FSLY in the mockup. 4. Telegram integration: each of the alerts above send me messages on Telegram so that I am always aware even if I am not taking time to look at the Dashboard. Thank you @seanbiganski for the suggestion of using Telegram. There is so much more that can be built such as historical order tracking, journaling, etc. However, for the time being, in the crucible of the trading day, a real-time risk calculator tells me exactly where I stand and encourages better risk management (protecting profits), while helping me reduce mistakes (missing or improper stop orders). Everyone's broker is different, so I won't be releasing an open source repository. But I am sure you can have Claude (or whatever tool you prefer) whip up for you a risk calculator in no time.

My A-game always comes round right after ALL indexes MA10 is below MA50. It is like free money... Right now all indexes have MA10 below MA20 but will they all also get down MA10 below MA50? Lets see.. It is important to know when to be a chicken and pig..

02 Mar 2026: Cue the Orange (Trump) Swan 🦢 Pretty uneventful session as the QQQ found respite on Thursday's sell down to close higher. However, the development of the price action in QQQ begins to resemble a 'bear flag'. Looking at the DXY, pretty much directionless since 19 Feb, as price stays sandwiched between the 50-SMA above and 10/20-EMA below. Precious metals in relation continue their strong recoveries since the late-Jan sell down, Gold over the weekends look set to gap 2-3% on the war news flow, with Silver likely looking to follow closely. An interesting development in crypto-land, with both BTC and ETH failing to make new lows despite the volatile news flow over the weekend - a hint? A strong end to February entails an even more disciplined March to stay in the 'flow'. Have a good trading week ahead! 🟡 Dashboard: clementang17-alt.github.io/market-dashboa…

I have attached every single trade I took in January. 27 trades 18 wins 1 b/e trade 8 losses 66.67% win rate, with my largest win at +500% and largest loss at -16%. Average winner/loser: Winner: +145.5%. Loser: -11.56% Drawdown control and letting winners run were my main focus. Small losses allow the occasional homerun to compound gains and more than offset the misses. This is how consistency is built over time, and why I emphasize defining risk before entering every trade. $ASTS 100c 16 Jan @ .99 -> 5.85 +500% $NVDA 195c 30 Jan @ .11 → .63 +470% $LUMN 8.5c 16 Jan @ .11 -> .50 + +355% $ASTS 120c Feb 20 @ 3.80 -> 14.45 +280% $RKLB 84c 23 Jan @ 1.63 -> 4.00 +150% $APLD 37c 20 Feb @ 2.74 -> 6.15 +125% $USAR 18c mar 20 @ 3.1 -> 7.00 +125% $UMAC 17.5c 20 Feb @ 1.70 -> 3.55 +108% $PATH 18c 20 Feb @ .70 -> 1.40 +100% $RDDT 240c 9 Jan @ 6.30 -> 11.50 +83% $RKLB 90c 20 Feb @ 5.65 -> 9.20 +63% $IONQ 55c Feb 20 @ 3.30 -> 5.15 +58% $APLD 40c 30 Jan @ .84 -> 1.28 +50% $CIFR 20c Feb 20 @ 1.61 -> 2.25 +40% $CIFR 20c 20 Feb @ 1.29 -> 1.75 +35% $CIFR 20c 20 Feb @ 1.42 -> 1.85 +30% $RKT 23c 20 Feb @ .57 -> .72 +27% $JOBY 17c Feb 20 @ 0.95 -> 1.14 +20% $ONDS 15c Feb 20 @ 1.10 -> 1.10 b/e $NBIS 120c Feb 20 @ 5.30 -> 4.80 -9%. $HUT 65c 20 Feb @ 3.50 -> 3.15 -10% $RKT 22c 20 Feb @ .71 -> .64 -11% $ONDS 15c 20 Feb @ .65 -> .56 -12% $RIVN 21c 20 Feb @ 1.90 -> 1.62 -15% $RIVN 21c 20 Feb @ 1.42 -> 1.19 -15% $EOSE 18c 20 Feb @ .85 -> .71 -16% $APLD 40c 20 Feb @ 3.65 -> 3.05 -16% This month reminded me of the power of small losses and disciplined execution. I stuck to setups I trusted, managed my risk tightly, and let the market work for me. The big wins were the result of a consistent process, repeated exposure to my setups, and adapting to the market’s momentum instead of trying to force it. +196% YTD, but what matters more than the raw numbers is the lessons reinforced: small losses defined risk patient sizing ...and letting winners run. That’s the foundation I hope to continue to build on in February. Suffering from a high fever, but I wanted to update for the month, cheers!!
