@OfficialOTBNews Cole is on another planet, then baines and I support Everton

Not sure about the ‘great comeback’ narrative there. Hungary signed their own death warrant with the red card. Any team worth its salt would have did what Ireland did in that last half hour and battered them into submission. Used the extra man well out wide but without the red card, Ireland are never getting back into that game. Take it all the same.

I can't match the detail of Jonny, but there are a few interesting elements preceding Ollie Watkins' goal that I think most people watching at home may have missed when he came on.
It starts with this message to Jude Bellingham: "Look for me!"

Wharton’s ability to dominate central zone’s when in-possession makes him an absolute monster.
His technical tools which aid his central-zonal dominance are:
- Scan frequency - awareness of press/space
- Processing speed - instant decisions
- Optimal body position/manipulation receiving
- Consistently optimal touch
- Compactness - balance, no backlift, core strength
- Complete ball-striking range - clean
- Elastic, powerful frame - ground-eating biomechanics.

@KCsixtyseven Doing great job good on him, football has nothing to do with the politics and war,all time record goal scorer for this nation won't see the likes of him again for very long time

Seeing praise for Robbie Keane on here since his team progressed in the Conference League sticks in the craw. So will give this another spin.

@reptracker Mental. Brighton gave him regular football in the first place. A managers allowed say someone’s not at their best, cop on!

Very strange of De Zerbi to come out and speak about a 19 year old to the press like this.
I’m a big fan of the way Brighton do things but I can’t help but feel at this current moment, Evan may be better at a different project.
He’s that good of a player that a team should be build around him and that’s not happening at Brighton at present.
Evan Ferguson is the real deal and at 19 he needs to be nurtured and filled with confidence, not slated by his manager.

De Zerbi says Ferguson okayish after he hobbles off: 'He is good but is not spending the best period of his time. We can help him and we can understand him because he is very young. He can play better. The team needs Evan, but Evan at 100% of his physical and mental condition'

On a serious note, it's quite remarkable that he's leaving really. 9 years is a long time at one club. Especially at one of the biggest clubs in the world. When he first arrived he was energetic and exciting but it's been clear to see that over time he's lost that energy and has become more of a 'watcher of the game'.
Looking at him, it seems clear that he just doesn't look that invested anymore - his body language is off and he seems to just stand there now, looking uninterested. He's spent years winding United fans up and I'm sure I speak for the majority of us when I say that we thought this day would never come.
It will be strange not seeing him on the sidelines every week but from a solely selfish point of view, I'm honestly really glad that he's finally leaving. Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Antony Martial.

@John_Kavanagh So undermine our whole justice system by simply just deporting him? No, you set an example by a lengthy sentence. Cmon John

@searedsha @IanKennethBail1 guessing this was another example of your “dry humour” like the two confessions you made in the 90s????

The referee outpacing McTominay and the FIVE other attacking players in the 79th minute says all you need to know about Man Utd at the moment.
Desire = Zero
Embarrassing.
Stretford Post@StretfordPost
If Scott McTominay cannot be bothered to sprint to redeem the error he made maybe he should have went to Fulham, cannot believe we still have him, fight for the badge!
