I'll tell you what I think would REALLY work. Party Companies, or just an independent Rock-afire owner could have a "Rock-afire Room" for larger parties or just people willing to pay for the room with a Rock-afire in it for their own private evening, similar to my museum tours. It could even be a little, mini CEI tour, not given by me exactly, but a Rock-afire attendant who throws parties when booked. From my assessment, the families that will travel long distances to book time with The Rock-afire might support a Rock-afire Room you could rent out, Instead of a "party" it could just be a family visit, Sprinkle them around the country so that a Rock-afire is within 2 hours travel time. I could easily see about 20 of these operating throughout the country. And my job would be creating or managing the creation of new material they can perform.
