When you open a very cold Corona Cero and it goes ‘pfffft’ the smell is exactly the same as weed. I don’t know what this information means. I’m just puttin it out there.

We exit the season as Ulster Champions. I’ll miss the weekends built around the games but I am beyond thankful for the journey since January 🧡🤍

@JamesMcCarthy97 Does this involve more money than trying and failing to prove JD Vance was an Ulster-Scot or less? I’m getting on to Healey Bros just in case it’s possible to die of cringe.

@uuponline Money wasted by racist wasters, sending out children to terrorise their neighbours because of their skin colour. Plenty of lost votes I hope.

Ulster Unionist Party Leader Jon Burrows MLA has welcomed today's announcement of £4 million in emergency funding for the PSNI. Jon Burrows MLA said: “I welcome today's announcement of £4 million in emergency funding for the PSNI. We raised this matter directly with the Secretary of State, who said he would consider it, and it is right that the UK Government has now acted. This funding must now reach our police service without delay to cover the significant costs incurred during the disorder, including Mutual Aid support and officer overtime. “The PSNI has been pushed to its limit in recent weeks, responding to the horrific attack on Stephen Ogilvie while simultaneously confronting shameful scenes of disorder and racially motivated violence on our streets. Our officers put themselves in harm's way to protect every community in Northern Ireland, and they deserve nothing less than our full and unequivocal support. This funding is welcome, but it is also long overdue given the pressures our police service has faced.”

ITV has been accused of sexism after Emma Hayes was forced to do her tactical analysis of England's win over Croatia in what looked like a small kitchen. One TV insider called the setup 'hugely embarrassing' and questioned whether male pundits such as Gary Neville would be put in the same situation. The ill-judged set led to a series of mean memes where Emma's noughts and crosses were replaced with a shopping list. Others used AI to add a sink, tap, piles of washing up, tea towels and even an ironing board, dressing her in a pinny. Another showed Emma making tea for her ITV colleagues with Manhattan in the background. Thoughts?

Nothing better than welcoming children from across Lagan Valley to Stormont. A brilliant Shared Education visit today with the P7 classes from Ballymacash Primary School and St Aloysius’ Primary School. You know you’re getting old when the most common question is no longer, “Do you know my da?” but “Do you know my granda?” 👀 On this occasion, I could honestly answer yes every single time! 🤔 I’m sure the ears of Sheree Wilson and Colly McCarroll will have been burning too, given how often they got a mention today 😉 A fantastic group of young people and a pleasure to spend time with them at Stormont.

This has been pointed out many times. The Irish Govt do not see themselves as active participants in the troubles so they do nothing of substance on legacy. It’s time UK Govt accepted this & started making its citizens - British, Irish or both - the priority. @NIOgov
