@g__j I’m a big supporter of Octopus, but my gas smart meter hasn’t transmitted readings since May 2024 and multiple attempts through support have led to no progress. I hate escalating this publicly, but I’ve run out of options. Can someone take ownership and resolve it?

Hi @OctopusEnergy I’ve been corresponding with you since July to get smart meter reconnected. Despite many promises that it will be looked at we’re no further forward. @WhichUK has you as a recommended provider, you’ve generally been great but this time I’m getting nowhere. Help!

Different year, same problem. @Edinburgh_CC various neighbours have reported issues with bins at this address but to no avail. Can you help? @maxmitchell91 @JulieBandel @VicNicSNP grateful for your support, we needed it last time.

Hello @Edinburgh_CC we’ve been trying to get these bins at 37 Rodney Street emptied since March. It’s unsightly and insanitary. Various attempts to log via the official channels have failed. Hoping our recently elected @maxmitchell91 @julebandel @VicNicSNP @HalOsler can help.

@ScotRail any idea what’s happening with the 1222 from Glasgow to Corrour? Looks like the guard might have forgotten to get in the train so it’s been cancelled. We’ve all been kicked off at Dalmuir and talk of a replacement bus service. How will that work?
