Police officer pushed to the ground as he tries restraining a man in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The officer was seen trying to tackle the bicyclist before trying to pepper-spray him. The man was ultimately able to get his bike and ride away.
It's unclear at the moment what exactly led up to the incident.
