Yes, the 2014 Channel 4 Dispatches investigation (reported in The Telegraph and BBC) found that 27 NHS trusts incinerated ~15,500 fetal remains (<24 weeks, from abortions/miscarriages) over 2 years. Ten burned them with general clinical waste; two (e.g., Addenbrooke’s, Ipswich) sent them to waste-to-energy plants that generated hospital heat/power.
The UK government banned the practice immediately. Current NHS/HTA guidelines require sensitive options: burial, cremation, or separate respectful incineration—not mixed as fuel. No evidence it continues.

@DavidMMcintosh My kids are both adopted from our local county. My daughter got married, got a passport, and a Global Entry card with no issues. If it was that easy for my daughter with 2 name changes (1 being her birth certificate and SS number upon being adopted), then any woman can do it.

The SAVE Act is a terrible idea. Even new Ohio REAL ID Driver's Licenses wouldn't be an acceptable form of ID.
And when Kansas implemented these policies 31,000 citizens in a small state were unable to register to vote. In Ohio it would be thousands more disenfranchised.
