Today is #NationalPetDay. Meet milla, my lifesaver, my constant shadow and the ruler of my bed. She wakes me up by barking right in my ear and walking on my head. And she licks my face when I cry. She's quirky and full of energy and attitude. I love this dog so much!

@LogicProXGaming In my home country guide dog schools don't teach blind handlers how to pick up after there dogs. I think it's disgraceful.

If you work a guide dog and you don’t pick up after it your wrong. I don’t care if you think it’s nasty or how much money you have. No one wants to step in your dogs poop and neither would you. From a former guide dog handler.

My beautiful Milla has had surgery on both knees this year. The recovery was anything but fun but we made it through and she is so much happier and more confident in her walking. The vet team at @PDSA_HQ were phenomenal and did brilliantly, couldn't have done it without them.

I have 3 days left of a prescription from the mental health team and my care coordinator isn't replying. If they leave me without medication again I'm not sure I can cope with my brain.

@monzo After an email conversation I was told that they couldn't help with my verification as I couldn't take a good enough photo holding my ID next to my face. This is such an inaccessible process for someone who can't see and to not have an alternative is rather frustrating.

Hello @JustEatUK we just ordered £57 worth of food for one of our clients as she had none. You have told us it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and your chat bot basically said “nothing we can do”. Please tell me how you will rectify this? You are impossible to contact to complain
