Jill and I are shocked by the sudden passing of Lindsey Graham.
Lindsey and I served together in Congress for over a decade, and worked closely on many issues throughout the years. We traveled the world together as members of the Senate Foreign Relations committee. We disagreed often, and sometimes loudly.
Lindsey and I did agree on the profound importance of public service. Like me, he loved the Senate as an institution, even with all its flaws and complexities.
To his family, his staff, his constituents in South Carolina, and everyone who loved him: Jill and I are keeping you in our prayers.

Jaime Santiago Corona, from Mexico, was driving with a revoked license when he ran a stop sign and collided with Kelli Toler’s SUV. Toler and her 4-year-old were injured, and her six-year-old, Calli, was pronounced dead at the scene.
This tragedy was COMPLETELY preventable. Our prayers are with the Toler family during this tragic time.

FIRST ON FOX: A 3x deported illegal migrant from Mexico has been charged after a crash that killed a 6-year-old girl in North Carolina. Officials say 33-year-old Jaime Santiago ran a stop sign on July 3, striking an SUV with a mother and her two children inside. 6-year-old Calli Toller was killed. Her mother and 4-year-old sibling were taken to hospital. DHS tells Fox News Santiago illegally re-entered the country 4 times and was deported three times. North Carolina State Highway Patrol, the lead investigating agency, says he was also driving with a revoked license. Carona is charged with: -Misdemeanor death by vehicle -Failure to stop for a stop sign -Careless and reckless driving -Driving while license revoked. ICE has lodged a detainer on Santiago who is currently being held at the Pitts County Detention Center in Greenville, NC. The sheriff’s office tells me they will cooperate with that detainer.

Another set of serious and disturbing allegations have surfaced against Graham Platner in Maine. According to a new report, a woman came forward alleging Platner entered her home uninvited and forced himself on her while she repeatedly told him to stop.
Let’s also not forget the previous reports from former girlfriends who described violent episodes, alleged rape fantasies, and reports of sexually explicit messages sent to younger women.
If someone shows you who they are, believe them.
We don't know how anyone could look at all of these allegations and decide political power or achieving a majority is worth accepting this behavior.
