Manhattan South borough Public Safety team arrested 4 migrant outside the Watson migrant hotel after it was reported they robbed a bike from a different migrant . They were also able to recover the stolen bike for the victim. I heard the call come over the radio and made my way to the Watson Hotel. The two suspects had initiated contact with the teenager online, offering to purchase the coat. However, upon meeting, they handed over counterfeit money. When the teenager questioned them about the fake currency, the suspects pulled a firearm, grabbed the coat, and fled.
