Slow Lounge CPT very underwhelming. The selection of beverages can’t even match ORT. You are the official wine capital in the country, surely you can do better. You had unfamiliar brands nje.. No decent Chardonnay or Chenin.. As for your MCCs, aikhona. No Graham Beck, Boschendal or Simonsig. Ninjani kanti? Here, it’s an opportunity to showcase your premium selection from the well known wine Estates ( Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Constantia) . You have access to world class producers, so having unfamiliar brands not positioned as premium or boutique as part of the mix , is a lost opportunity. I asked and I was told they are giving other brands a chance. Well and good, but you can’t not stock up on good well known MCCs or wines. This is no different to attending a music festival without a headline artist. Also, why are you serving one shot of Amarula per glass nina? So one has to do endless trips to the bar as if unezinkinga.. Hhai hhay …. So far, ORT is premium..Please get your buyer to do the wine route tour.. Learn to stock up a few anchor names.. This is the cultural positioning of the destination you are missing out on. Ningibhorile xem…

It's a weird time. I am filled with wonder and also a profound sadness. I spent a lot of time over the weekend writing code with Claude. And it was very clear that we will never ever write code by hand again. It doesn't make any sense to do so. Something I was very good at is now free and abundant. I am happy...but disoriented. At the same time, something I spent my early career building (social networks) was being created by lobster-agents. It's all a bit silly...but if you zoom out, it's kind of indistinguishable from humans on the larger internet. So both the form and function of my early career are now produced by AI. I am happy but also sad and confused. If anything, this whole period is showing me what it is like to be human again.

THREE TAXI OPERATORS ARRESTED AFTER MISTAKENLY CONFRONTING POLICE OFFICERS ON N1 IN MUSINA @SAPoliceService Three taxi operators were arrested after they mistakenly confronted and threatened police officers during an anti-smuggling operation conducted by the Limpopo Provincial Tracking Team in the Musina policing area on Thursday, 08 January 2026. Members of the Provincial Tracking Team were travelling in an unmarked vehicle on the N1 next to the Sasol garage in Musina when they were stopped by a white Toyota Corolla fitted with white strobe lights and bearing local taxi patrol stickers. Believing the vehicle to be transporting hitchhikers between Musina and Makhado without their “permission”, the three occupants of the Corolla unlawfully confronted the SAPS members, pointed them with a firearm, threatened them with a sjambok, and attempted to exercise policing powers they do not possess. Police officers immediately identified themselves and reacted tactically. The suspects attempted to flee but were swiftly apprehended. The suspects later conceded that they had mistaken the police vehicle for a civilian vehicle, highlighting the grave risks posed when individuals unlawfully take the law into their own hands. The three suspects, aged between 32 and 49, were arrested for the following offences, committed in common purpose: Pointing of a firearm-Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000, unlawful use of white strobe lights-National Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996, crimen injuria, reckless and negligent driving and intimidation. During the arrest, police also seized a notebook containing vehicle registration numbers and recorded amounts of money allegedly extorted from motorists, indicating possible organised extortion activities. Items seized include: 1 × 9mm pistol with 2 magazines and 33 live rounds of ammunition,1 × sjambok, 1 × white strobe light, 1 × notebook linked to alleged extortion. The motor vehicle was also confiscated. The suspects are expected to appear before the Musina Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 09 January 2026. Acting Provincial Commissioner of Police in Limpopo, Major General Jan Scheepers, issued a stern warning: “Mistakenly confronting police officers with firearms underscores how dangerous and unlawful these actions are. No individual or group has the authority to stop vehicles, intimidate motorists, or enforce the law. SAPS will continue to act decisively against anyone who endangers lives and undermines lawful policing.” Major General Scheepers commended the Provincial Tracking Team for their professionalism and restraint under extremely dangerous circumstances. Investigations continue.

@KayaON959 @SizweDhlomo @MphoMaboi_ I feel we should take it further, when working out the office with sensitive matters. If, and only if you using work equipment, it should go as far as to insist on camara working on. So the employer can see what you seeing and who is seeing what you are seeing . Including sound.

@Sonos your software absolutely stinks. Trying to play the same music in two rooms - the simplest of functionality. One room plays, the other plays sporadically, jumps in and out for no reason. Awful.
