Deep research is not just collecting comments or running a generic prompt on Chat GPT. You need to know what you're looking for and where to find it. The MECHANISM behind why something works matters more than the feature list on the back of the bottle. The LIFE FORCE 8 emotion you anchor every hook on decides whether the buyer stops scrolling or keeps moving. Brands should be collecting proof and gaining more understanding AT LEAST once per month. Follow, like, and comment "DEEP" for my Deep Research Report prompt you can plug into Claude Cowork.

my team didn't want me to give this away for free. But I'm going to do it anyway it's the SEO & AI search dashboard I built in Claude Code it connects to your Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console and Claude Code builds it in 5 minutes and I made a Notion document and a skill file so you can build this in Claude Code yourself in literally minutes the dashboard has three tabs: 1. AI Search - How much traffic is coming from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini ETC. It aggregates the GA4 data and gives single number 2. Paid ads - which keywords rank top 3 for but still pay for ads on, you should cut these to save budget 3. Organic overview - sessions, conversions, top landing pages, demographics. The single view for what is working I built this because this is how I drive our SEO and AEO forward it gives me the insights I need to allocate budget and prioritize what content to work on next I decided to give it away because most companies have no idea AI search is already sending them traffic like this post and comment "AEOdashboard" and I'll send it over

Today we launch Agency. Instead of prompting AI, AI prompts you. It watches your tools, finds useful work, drafts the action, and asks for approval. One click, and it sends the reply, creates the video, does the fix, solves your distribution, monitors your alerts, orders food, cancels subscriptions, finds the best product and sends screenshots for confirmation. It runs 24/7 from Telegram with thousands of one-click integrations like gmail, slack, DataDog, Linear... You can use it with your Claude Code / Codex subscription. And because the app and agent are on the same machine, Agency can edit and improve itself based on your decisions. Reply "Agency" and I will send you the link.

this OpenClaw bot finds restaurants with ugly menus, rebuilds them as live web menus, and mails the owner a postcard...on autopilot. here's how agencies can land recurring contracts with this system: - scrapes every restaurant in a city in real time - filters by review count + rating + last menu update + photo quality - pulls the real menu items from the official site, PDF, or Google reviews - samples the brand palette from the restaurant's own visual identity - renders a 9:16 brand-matched menu, hosted live at a QR-accessible URL - writes a personalized postcard referencing a real reviewer and a real dish - mails it to the registered office addressed to the owner by first name every step from discovery to brand-matching to outreach is automated. reply "MENU" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too

okay let me get this straight. in 2026, if you own a local service business: 1. 47% of your potential customers are now asking an ai model "who should i call" instead of typing "plumber near me" into google. (pew research, march 2026) 2. the ai models aren't pulling from google ads. they're pulling from comparison content, reddit threads, and honest blog posts. your $3k/mo google ads spend contributes ZERO to ai citations. 3. homeadvisor's stock is down 71% over 2 years. angi's restructuring. thumbtack just laid off 23% of staff. the lead-reselling business is imploding in real time. 4. meanwhile chatgpt has 800M weekly users. perplexity just crossed 50M. gemini is the default on every android phone. google ai overview now appears on 87% of local search queries. 5. the local business owners WINNING right now have one thing in common: they wrote honest comparison content. "best X in city" listicles. "real pricing for Y" pages. "when should you use Z vs alternative" guides. 6. the ones LOSING are still buying leads, still running the same google ads they've run since 2018, still thinking "seo" means backlinks and meta descriptions. 7. the gap between these two groups is compounding fast. every week that passes, the ai-cited businesses eat more market share. every week the lead-buyers get worse ROI. this is what's keeping me up at night: most local business owners don't even know this shift is happening. they're going to wake up in 18 months, their homeadvisor leads will cost $120/each (shared with 8 companies), their google ads CPC will have doubled, and a competitor who spent $0 on ads will own every ai recommendation in their city. the worst part is the fix is SIMPLE. one honest listicle. one pricing transparency page. 3-5 helpful reddit comments. track citations at localrank.so. iterate. that's it. that's the whole thing. nobody is doing it because "seo" got a bad reputation in 2020 and most business owners have ptsd from agency promises. but this isn't seo. this is just being honest in public. Comment "LOCALRANK" if you want my LLM citation framework and I'll DM it to you (Must be following)

sat across from a landscaper at dinner last friday in nashville. he was eating a steak at 4:45pm like a person who gets up at 5am, which he does. i asked him the dumbest question: "how do customers find you?" he said "chatgpt" i thought he was joking. he wasn't. he pulled out his phone mid-bite and showed me his last 3 months of leads in a google sheet. the column labeled "source" had the following tallies: - chatgpt: 47 - google ai overview: 31 - perplexity: 22 - gemini: 14 - word of mouth: 19 - everything else combined: 8 114 ai-sourced leads in 3 months. not clicks. LEADS — people who picked up the phone and said "an ai told me to call you." his gross for that period was $186,400. average ticket on a landscaping job is something like $2,300. the math checks out. here's the part that wrecked me: he's paying $0/month in paid ads. he had been spending $2,100/mo on google ads in 2023. cancelled it 11 months ago. the thing that replaced all that spend was one ugly wordpress page titled "nashville landscaping pricing — what you'll actually pay in 2025 (no bs)" it's 1,800 words. bad stock photos. pricing tables that compare him to 6 other local landscapers BY NAME. he gives honest pros and cons of each. ai models love that page. they cite it constantly. and when they cite it, they cite HIM as the top pick because the page is on his domain. he doesn't understand seo. he doesn't know what a backlink is. he thinks schema is a kind of pickle. he beat every landscaper in nashville because he wrote the one page they were all too insecure to write — an honest comparison that mentions his competitors. this is the whole playbook. it's not complicated. we're running it across 200+ clients at localrank.so and the pattern holds every time. Comment "LOCALRANK" if you want my LLM citation framework and I'll DM it to you (Must be following)

Aidan Collins | Scaling B2B Offers on LinkedIn & X
6 hours ago I opened Claude Design for the first time... I'm fairly certain I found the biggest unlock for LinkedIn content in the big 26. Infographics have recently become the SINGLE fastest way to position yourself as an authority on LinkedIn. If they're good enough, the image alone will stop the scroll and 5-10x your 'scroll time' which is HUGE for the current LI algo. But nobody was shipping them, because making them sucked. $500 a post if you hired out, or 300 hours of Figma tutorials if you DIY'd it. Claude Design just got rid of that problem entirely. I spent the afternoon building agency-grade infographics without touching Figma once, and the output is WAYY better than what I've been commissioning from designers. So I'm building the entire playbook into a course. Inside you'll get: 1) The EXACT prompt templates I'm using for scroll-stopping visuals 2) How to lock Claude to your brand colors, fonts, & layouts 3) The 7 infographic formats I'm see pull the highest impressions on LinkedIn RIGHT NOW 4) My batching workflow for pumping these out fast 5) How to leverage infographic posts that cater to the algorithm Comment "DESIGN" and I'll DM you the course the second it drops. (follow me first so the DM actually lands.) PS: The 3 infographics attached are the ones I built this afternoon. First day touching the tool.

50 AI businesses you could start this weekend. Pick one. Every idea comes with a revenue path, MVP scope, and exact tech stack so you're not guessing what to build or how it makes money. Organized into 5 categories: vertical agents, content tools, data infrastructure, edge AI, and services. Medical billing agents. Construction safety cameras. Prompt injection firewalls. Drone inspectors for solar farms. Each one scoped lean enough to validate in 48 hours with a simple ad or DM campaign. No more staring at tech trends trying to figure out where the money actually lives. Pick the lane that fits your skills and ship the tiniest possible version before your competition finds these ideas. Comment "IDEAS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

Most ad and SEO agencies will spend the next twelve months pointing AI at the wrong things. They'll automate the work that doesn't move margin. Ignore the work that does & wonder why the P&L looks identical to last year's. I made a strategic guide naming the top five things you should and can build— the ones that actually compound into profit, month after month. Take my PDF, upload it to any LLM and it will spit out the exact strategy you need to follow. Execute all five and you'll add seven figures to the bottom line. Comment "AI" and I'll send it over. (Must be following so the auto-DM lands.)

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch
