@DandaroOnline Being naive is to think that Wicknell represents himself alone. The guy is clearly a runner of very powerful people. The Madzikanda's need to learn from Mike Chimombe et al story. It's important to be aware of your capacity.

#dandarostreets Zimbabwean businessman Agrippa Masiyakurima says he, and not Sonja Madzikanda, leaked businessman Wicknell Chivayo’s pictures and videos currently at the centre of the controversy involving Chivayo’s ex-wife and former mother-in-law. In a strongly worded statement, Masiyakurima accused Chivayo of attempting to use police influence and personal connections to target members of the Madzikanda family, while defending Commissioner-General Stephen Mutamba and insisting the Zimbabwe Republic Police would not be manipulated for personal battles. Masiyakurima also claimed the leaked material was discovered on his late brother’s devices, escalating an already bitter public fallout surrounding Chivayo, Sonja Madzikanda and the ongoing family dispute. #dandarostreets Tabitha Madzikanda, the former mother-in-law of businessman Wicknell Chivayo, has been arrested over allegations of attempting to fraudulently withdraw US$1.4 million from a trust account for Chivayo’s children and allegedly using AI-manipulated images involving Cyril Ramaphosa. Police sources say the case also involves claims of tampering with trust account signatories and circulating altered images allegedly meant to damage both political and business interests. The Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe has rejected an application by Sources Media Network to conduct live courtroom coverage of the highly anticipated Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 case set for hearing today. In an official letter issued yesterday by the Constitutional Court, the Judicial Service Commission confirmed that the request for live broadcasting from inside the courtroom had been considered by the Chief Justice following an urgent application and a case management meeting held the same day. Sources Media Network, through its lawyers Atherstone & Cook, had requested permission to provide live coverage of the matter involving Reuben Zulu, Godfrey “Zvabhendazvabhenda” Gurira, Shoorai Nyamangondo, Joseph Chinyangare, Digmore Ndiya and others versus President Emmerson Mnangagwa and the Attorney General of Zimbabwe under case number CCZ 8/26. The constitutional challenge centres on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3, a controversial proposed amendment that has triggered fierce debate across Zimbabwe’s political and legal landscape. According to the court letter, the media house had argued for the matter to be urgently placed before the Chief Justice for determination ahead of the hearing. However, after considering submissions from the media house and the parties involved, the Chief Justice concluded that “no sufficient basis has been demonstrated to warrant the granting of the request for live coverage inside the courtroom.” The decision means that journalists and media organisations will not be permitted to livestream or broadcast proceedings directly from inside the Constitutional Court during the hearing. The case has attracted significant public interest because of its implications for Zimbabwe’s constitutional order, democratic governance and the debate surrounding attempts to alter constitutional term limits and other provisions through Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3.

Sonja should just swallow her pride. Whoever is advising her clearly doesn’t understand that politics is a dirty game, especially when you are associated with high-profile figures and sensitive information. Public scrutiny, criticism, and attacks come with the territory. The wiser move is to stay composed, strategic, and focused instead of reacting emotionally.

Wicknell’s mistake was to try to use the tactic he used on Mike Chimombe on his ex-wife, forgetting that the elderly person he threatened with this video has sons, brothers, cousin, and relatives in all areas of the system who were not happy with Wicknell trying to force her child to retract a fraud case opened against him in South Africa, CAS166/2/2026. Sadly, despite us trying to warn Wicknell to contain a geopolitical crisis, he became stubborn and got Sonia arrested. As a result, other people who care more about her and less about the geopolitics involved pushed this into the public domain. But this is not even the problem. The issue is that much worse information which will make this video look like child’s play is about to be unleashed. Everything that Wicknell and his bosses—yes, Wicknell is a runner, not a kingpin—are doing is about to come out. Let’s hope we can contain the explosion. I will do a video to give better context.

Ramaphosa was lying that he doesn’t know Weak-Nail, yet Weak-Nail has a recorded video that was sent to an individual by Weak-Nail as a weapon of blackmail, and in return, Weak-Nail has gotten his ex-wife arrested because he assumed she was the one who forwarded the video to people like @matinyarare. Why not think of his victims? What if the video came from the person he was threatening? This is wrong. Weak-Nail must stop using the police for his shenanigans! 🚮🚮🚮

#CountryDuty Breaking News: The High Court in Pretoria has this morning granted a final order against #NgizweMchunu in favour of @Julius_S_Malema following Mchunu’s defamatory and unlawful remarks he made against Malema. Court order ordered Mchunu to pay Malema’s legal costs on a punitive scale. Mchunu has earlier today and after the initial court order granted barring him from making defamatory remarks, continued to do so. Highly likely that Malema will bring urgent Contempt of Court application

The question is this: why did your homeboy not openly support Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3 instead of attacking those who are defending the Constitution? Why does Jameson Timba need permission from anyone to defend the Constitution? In any democracy, defending the Constitution should be a duty, not something that requires political approval from individuals or factions. If someone disagrees with those opposing Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3, then they should come out openly and defend the bill itself instead of attacking citizens and political actors who are resisting what they believe is an assault on constitutionalism.

I have submitted my rejection of #CAB3 to the Clerk of Parliament. I reject all 21 amendments, and I have highlighted the 6 most objectionable provisions. This is a matter of urgent principle: Zimbabwe’s future depends on each of us standing on sound principles, and rejecting #CAB3 is part of defending a democratic Zimbabwe.

Our new Parliament is a nice building, but I found the extremely in-your-face prominence of CHINA AID’s involvement quite distasteful and disrespectful to our sovereignty as a nation. The word “CHINA” is actually more prominent than the word “ZIMBABWE” at the front of Parliament and there are THREE permanent plaques honoring China Aid. Surely we can show our gratitude for China’s support towards its construction while maintaining a bit of self-respect for ourselves as a nation at the house of the Zimbabwean People.

Let’s cut through the noise and the cheap provocations. Hopewell Chin’ono wants you to believe that President Nelson Chamisa is ‘attacking’ resistance to Constitutional Amendment No. 3. He wants you to think that President Chamisa is somehow aligned with ZANU‑PF’s 2030 term‑extension agenda. That is not just false. It is intellectually lazy and dangerously distracting. So let me ask plainly: How exactly is President Nelson Chamisa stopping anyone from opposing CAB3? Has he seized anyone’s phone? Has he blocked a single protest? Has he ordered anyone not to sign a petition, not to speak in Parliament, not to form a movement? No. What he has done is refused to be boxed into ZANU‑PF’s trap which is exactly what the regime wants. They want the opposition to exhaust itself fighting a bill that is merely a symptom, not the disease. Because here is the uncomfortable truth that Hopewell and his chorus refuse to confront: CAB3 is the wrong answer to the wrong problem. Zimbabwe is not suffering from a simple ‘bad amendment’. We are in a governance and constitutional CRISIS serious, deep and undeniable. A disputed and discredited government.Disputed and discredited elections.Disputed and discredited national processes and outcomes. You cannot have a disputed government and expect stable, effective governance. You cannot extend a disputed and discredited term and call it normal. So when President @nelsonchamisa says ‘there is no constitution to defend’ he is not surrendering. He is making a philosophical and strategic diagnosis. A constitution that is selectively applied, rewritten at will and enforced by a regime that lost legitimacy long ago that is not a constitution. It is a permission slip for tyranny. Defending the text of CAB3 clause by clause while ignoring the illegitimacy of those rewriting it is like arguing about the colour of a prison cell. President Chamisa’s 2026 Agenda recaps this clearly:This is not about one amendment. This is about a CITIZENS’ struggle for a CITIZENS’ government.A government that reflects the dignity, rights, will and real choice of the people legitimate, accountable and undisputed. The real question Hopewell should ask is: why is he spending more time attacking the one person the regime fears most instead of directing that fire at the people actually pushing CAB3? Attacking President Chamisa does not stop the amendment. It only fragments the resistance that matters. If you want to fight CAB3, fight it. No one is stopping you. But do not pretend that fighting a single illegal clause is the same as building a citizens’ movement capable of reclaiming the entire state. Let me be clear: President Chamisa is not saying ‘do not fight CAB3.’ Fight it by all means. But he is saying: do not fool yourself into believing that defeating CAB3 alone cures Zimbabwe. You cannot cure a malignant cancer by trimming a single tumour. The disease is a disputed, discredited government running a disputed, discredited constitution. Cure that restore legitimate, citizens‑driven governance and CAB3 dies on its own. That is the 2026 Agenda. That is Citizenocracy. That is the difference between tactics and strategy. And right now, Zimbabwe cannot afford to confuse the two. #NoToCAB3 #Citizenocracy

Does Nelson Chamisa want Zimbabweans to simply sit back and watch Constitutional Amendment No. 3 being pushed through without resistance? Does he expect people to wait for him to return from America and only then decide when an opposition movement should emerge? I thought Chamisa himself told people to go and form political parties and opposition movements of their choice and to leave him alone. Now that some have done exactly that and are trying, in their own small way, to push back against Constitutional Amendment No. 3, why is he insulting and undermining them? Does he not realise that this strengthens the growing perception that there is some form of alignment between him and the faction pushing Constitutional Amendment No. 3, whose objective is clearly to ensure there is no meaningful resistance? Because what sensible opposition figure attacks people who are standing up against the abuse and violation of the Constitution by a ZANUPF faction? Why would anyone genuinely opposed to authoritarianism ridicule citizens attempting to resist it? At a time when Zimbabwe desperately needs unity against constitutional manipulation, attacking those trying to organise only weakens the broader democratic struggle and benefits the very people pushing these dangerous amendments.

It is not fake. It is us, the natives of this country, who are saying that illegal foreigners must leave our country. June 30 is the deadline. Government officials are misleading foreigners by telling them not to panic, but we will see who wins this battle. This is our country. We will not tolerate corrupt government officials telling us what to do while they continue failing the people. South Africans want their voices to be heard, and the people must govern according to the law and the interests of the citizens.
