@ExeterCouncil @CKevinmitchell A great idea, campaign very much needed right now! Cowick Barton Playing Fields sadly looking pretty disgusting most days. Doesn’t help when there’s more than 15 using the park and a real lack of bins around too. Perhaps some well placed signs around the parks highlighting this?

@grocer_on_green @ExeterCouncil @CKevinmitchell Would be helpful if larger bins were installed to take account of the changes in the way people are using the green space since lockdown for picnics etc.

The Council has endorsed a national campaign to encourage people to respect local parks. Love Parks was launched by Keep Britain Tidy following a spike in litter and anti-social behaviour in parks across the country. Read more bit.ly/3iiwaDA
