@TfL 2 - she was utterly broken, in tears & confusion as she said it held very GREAT sentimental value. I guided her to report to your officials at the turnstile who took her details. Can you pls do ALL you can to assist her locate it? It happened @ about 7:48pm yesterday. Ta

@TfL 1- was on the tube with a tall, middle aged woman who lost her engagement ring on the Central Line between Bethnal Green and Liverpool Street-it slid out of her hand, through the air spaces on the train door floor & unto the track, as she wiped her fingers due to the heat

I walked under a ladder (only way around). Joked with the contractor: "Haha, that's bad luck right?" Immediately went back to my desk and spilled coffee all over my computer, which now won't turn on.
