@ChadGriffiths I can’t stand pickle ball. Like a virus taking over courts meant for better sports. And why so many Karens?? Maybe we just have a bad batch locally. Had to deal with them again this morning while training with my daughter.

This 170,000 sq ft sports facility / pickleball court (located in a large industrial building) didn’t even make it a full year before defaulting on rent.
Just a hunch, but I’m guessing it’s the first of many.

This is a pretty special podcast for me for a few reasons.
1. I got be on stage with @Lonnie_CRE
2. It’s the first time I’ve been on an AI panel that was recorded, and made available publicly, with shockingly high quality
3. It’s the first time I’ve been invited to speak on a panel in another state, and I was already giving an AI for CRE presentation in that same state, that same week!
