@dominos how disappointing you have been. Wife created a case 2 months or so ago for resolution manager called once, unable to answer at time. Have called back numerous times and they have ghosted us. Additionally I have created a case myself and not a word from your Corp bad bad

@Verizon your service has begun to be awful. I’ve been with you for 25+ years pay for 5G on all our lines yet hardly get it in areas where it used to be fast. If I’m not connected to wifi I have 4G or if connected to 5G it hardly loads anything. Honestly, it’s a crock of crap now

@Xfinity your services suck. Using your app for assistance is worthless. All I want is a damn technician to come out to repair our systems. Having some AI tech app isn’t fixing a damn thing. This problem has been going on for 3 days now.
