Net margins on low-ticket dropshipping products are now 5-15% before ad spend. After a $8-9 CPM on Facebook and a $3 customs fee per package, you're working for free on anything under $30.

Everyone posts the revenue screenshot. Nobody shows the actual numbers behind it. Here's the anatomy of a $5K day.

Sad truth is: Trading has destroyed more lives than it has made but we are never ready for this conversation.

Why would you build an app that you are not passionate about? Like ik so many people who are building apps for cash grab purposes (Ex: looksmaxing/pure slop apps) Why not put your energy into building for an audience you are apart of? (Genuinely curious)

Most e-com founders check ROAS on Monday and make budget decisions by Tuesday. Their customer takes 60 days to buy. You're reading the wrong month.

Talked to a guy doing $85K/month last week. Asked him how many products he's tested this year. "Three." Asked how many creatives he's tested on those three. "Probably 200." You're testing 50 products with 3 creatives each. He's testing 3 products with 50 creatives each. YOU ARE NOT EVEN A COMPETITION

Most people think you need thousands in overhead to run an ecom store. Here's what a $10K/mo store actually costs to run.

Broke dropshipper: - AliExpress products - $3 profit per order - 500 sales to pay rent - Customer complaints daily Profitable dropshipper: - USA suppliers - $500+ profit per order - 10 sales to pay rent - Supplier handles fulfillment Same business model. Different execution.

Guru Twitter: "I made $847K last month, here's my morning routine." Their morning routine: Wake up at 4am, meditate, journal, cold plunge, gratitude practice. The actual reason they made money: Good product, good ads, good margins. But sure, it was definitely the ice bath

In 99% of cases someone selling a course indicates low profit in the business model they're trying to teach you That's why I'm not selling a course

I've been saying this for months if not years and people are finally starting to see it. Interest stacking on Meta is finished. Since Andromeda fully rolled out, the algorithm ignores your interest categories and reads your creative instead. The behaviour patterns in the video, the copy, the visual style. That's what tells Meta who to show it to. If your campaigns were built around tight interest segmentation and performance has completely fallen off, this is why tbh. Broad targeting with strong creatives. That's the setup that's working right now.

One of the most underused features for making ads or organic content is creating a fake TikTok comment for a CTA or handling an objection. I know people are like well duh but you’d be surprised how many people don’t know you can do this…. It’s free- tokcomment.com
