Nigel Gardner, who is standing as the Tory candidate in Berkhamsted and Harpenden, campaigned with Rishi Sunak earlier in the election. But campaign flier does not mention the PM or have any pictures of him - and disavows "what goes on in Westminster" as filling him with despair
